From start to finish the guys at Toyota of Braintree were knowledgeable and personable. They kept me updated throughout the process and worked hard to fit my crazy schedule. Despite me being almost comically unprepared in terms of paperwork and other necessities, the process was smooth and nearly effort less on my end. Couldn't recommend Matt smith, mark and Ian any more! More

Mr. Tufankjian uses Carlos as the scapegoat for all the problems and bad deals. He cant handle it. He yelled at me when I said I have to tell everyone how bad the place is and its his name involved in it as he is the top manager and face of Tufankjian. Mr. Carlos if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen! He also went to open my hood and broke the release cable and didn't get it in right away to fix it. It's been months my hood is not fixed and the dent is not fixed. I cannot trust my $30,000 investment in the hands of these people. Its sad its a nice place they just need new employees. More

The BEST non-stressful car buying experience ever! This is the first time buying a car at this particular dealership. We had shopped around for prices for a new 2014 Venza and this was the dealership t This is the first time buying a car at this particular dealership. We had shopped around for prices for a new 2014 Venza and this was the dealership that offered the best prices around us! We came in and Andy had greeted us in a very friendly manner. He wasn't pushy at all! He actually put us at ease with his kind manner and didn't have that demanding attitude everyone fears when shopping around for a car. The best part was that during negotiations he didn't get a bad attitude with us! That at least deserves a 6 out of 5 stars! It always feels horrible during negotiations, but the way Andy handled it with us, it didn't feel like we were being attacked for a higher price. Even better in my opinion is that he didn't mind conversing in 2 languages with us! Cantonese with my parents and English with me! The other dealerships/salesmen had a sour look on their faces when I had to talk in a different language other than English, so this was the best of both worlds! An awesome deal and putting up with my parents language barrier! So if you want a great deal on your next car, go look for Andy! You won't regret it!
