We were treated in a professional, friendly and respectful manner. They both were very personable. I had done some research and had an idea what my trade in was worth and also the price of new cars.. The exact color and equipment combination we wanted was not available in stock so George Saef the new car manager ordered it from the factory for us. George took the time out his busy day to sit with us and make sure we got exactly what we wanted., he keep us updated during the process and the vehicle arrived flawlessly. Steve look us for a test drive in a demo and explained all the features. Greg Tufankjian one of the owners personally got involved and even allowed us to take the demo overnight to make sure we would be happy with our decision...I don't know of another dealer that would do that! Greg also oversaw our trade evaluation and pricing of the new vehicle to insure we got an exceptional "deal." Kenny Tempro and Sunny Ahuja at time of pick up went over all the high tech features so we could obtain full benefit of all the vehicle has to offer. Our salesperson, Eduardo Vivas, was truly respectful of us and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us two cars in their inventory that had most of the features we wanted, with the intention of doing a search for the exact car to meet our needs. However, we stopped at the first car--it was just perfect for us. Pricing was good, we got more for our trade-in than the other dealer had offered, and an add-on was discounted. Once we decided on the car and price, Ian flawlessly breezed through the paperwork. Every step of the way, Eduardo was willing to help--delivering the car with new plates and registration even before the agreed-upon time and helping me cancel the old plates. Most of all, he sat with me in the new car and explained every feature so that, when I drove off the lot, I was completely comfortable with my new Avalon. Highly recommend this dealership. In the end, we decided to give our Rav4 back and lease 2 corolla's. He was beyond helpful with explaining the prices and how things would change. We were able to leave the dealership with no confusion. Walace was also a big help because after a little trouble getting approved, he was able to help us as well. I love Toyota of Braintree! I'll definitely be telling my other commuting friends about the awesome experience I had. More

Andy was very patient with us and led us through every floor of the building, presenting all the different car choices that we could pick from, specifying the features to our own preferences. My family and I strongly encourage Toyota Braintree to treasure Andy as he is well competent in communicating through Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. His own attitude towards customers is exceedingly well. When we thought the car had a problem with it when we first bought it, we gave him a call and within 10 minutes, he rushed over to our house to explain one of the functions that we missed.
