Upon entering, I was greeted by Kenny Tempro, who quickly addressed my needs and introduced me to a sales consultant, Paul Sines. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty. He worked to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and communication was excellent! While working out a deal, Bob Keough also came over. Bob was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Finally I met with Walace Langame in the Finance Department, who was wonderful to work with. Never once during the process of making this purchase did I feel as if any of them were pushing me to sign just to score a sale. The team worked wonderfully together and I left feeling like I had an awesome deal and every question was answered! I highly recommend this dealership. They are not your typical run of the mill scam artists of a dealership. They work hard to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy! Prius purchase We went to Toyota of Braintree to look at Camry Hybrids. We drove one that we liked but didn't love and asked to try a Prius. Benson Obwuamaebu was very helpful, explaining the differences of hybrids as we had never driven one before. We really liked the Prius and ended up buying a new one. I did not feel pressured. Both he and Walace Langame respected our decisions regarding warranties and extras. It was a very easy experience and I would recommend them. Both my husband and myself, felt that they were interested in our satisfaction beyond the sale. More
