My experince with Toyota of Braintree with a Corolla that had in excess of 190,000 miles we paid a visit to the Toyota of Braintree to explore and test drive the 2014 RAV 4 and the 2014 Co with a Corolla that had in excess of 190,000 miles we paid a visit to the Toyota of Braintree to explore and test drive the 2014 RAV 4 and the 2014 Corolla. upon our arrival we were greeted in the showroom and proceeded to be shown around the facility by Ian Merrill. as we were unsure at the time what we would really want to purchase for the long term Ian was very adept at asking the right questions to better assist us in our decision. Ian began by first showing us the various models of Toyota's. after inspecting the plethora of available models in the shop we settled on test driving the 2014 RAV 4 XLE and the 2014 Corolla. We first took the RAV 4 for a drive and absolutely loved the smoothness of the ride and the fact that there was so much room to accommodate for my height and very roomie. afterwards we test drove the Corolla. while this was such an upgrade from our 2003 Corolla we discovered that hands down the RAV 4 was the one for overall comfort and surprisingly the value for all the amenities that come with the RAV 4 XLE. In the end and after much discussion we leased the 2014 RAV 4 XLE and could not be happier. Ian made our experience with Toyota an experience not to forget and would definitely return again. Kudos to Ian for showing us that Ian and Toyota of Braintree really do put their customers first. In all my years driving this was the best Experience at any dealer we have had. thank you for that. Incredible Experience with Toyota of Braintree I previously owned an American made truck for 20 years. I have driven in the Tacoma and enjoyed the look and feel. When my truck drove its last leg I decided that I wanted to go check out my options with Toyota. I arrived on a Saturday morning to the Tufankjian dealership in Braintree, Mass. The atmosphere was very laid back and captivating. The entire staff was very inviting and professional. I worked with Erwin through the initial process and he was very informative and educated about the Toyota product and explained in detail what my options were. Based on his guidance and support I test drove a Tacoma and was SOLD! I then worked very closely with Mark and John who explained my finance options and additional features that were available to me. I was extremely satisfied that they were looking out for my best interest and feel I got a very good finance plan based on their expertise. It was a very long day at the dealership but an overall pleasant experience. More
