From the very beginning when searching for a vehicle I had several dealerships contacting me however, when I spoke with Bob Hyman I felt very comfortable speaking with him. He was not pushy like the other sales representatives at the other dealerships and was very honest. Because of the rapport we built, I knew when I was indeed ready to purchase, it was going to be with Braintree Toyota. Upon arriving there I meet Leo who then graciously took through my options. I know that was not an easy task because, I was still indecisive about the color while signing the contract. Leo was extremely thought full as to my want/needs in a vehicle, he really tried to give me the best options without going over my budget. I originally planed on getting just the basic model . but after our test drive and much consideration, I ended up getting what I loved. I have had my car for a little over 2 months now and, I still feel the same way I did when I first drove it off the lot, excited every time I get in it. I am really glad I didn't go with my original plan because, I knew I would regret it . Over all the customer service was excellent and since then , I've recommended Braintree Toyota to many of my colleagues & friends. More

Not pushy at all and allows you to take your time and think things over. Angel is willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customers stay satisfied; when I returned for services on my vehicle, he saw me sitting in the waiting area, remembered me by name, and ensured that the employees in the service department were taking good care of me. Great group of people When you spend some time with people it becomes apparent if they are happy. I had to deal with a number of people at this location and what I notic When you spend some time with people it becomes apparent if they are happy. I had to deal with a number of people at this location and what I noticed is that they all seem happy to work here. Upon arrival I was greeted by Caesar who asked if he could help me. I said he could by finding out who owned a car outside with a very hot Golden Retriever sitting in it with the windows rolled up. Caesar immediately went outside and got the plate number and came back in and sent out an announcement to the owner. He quickly got the owner to roll the windows down. I was impressed with how quickly he took care of that. Next i was off with Sunny. Sunny helped out with the sale of our vehicle and has a friendly and warm personality. Sunny was great to deal with and very accomodating. sunny then sent us to Wallace for our paperwork to be completed. Wallace was thourough and friendly ( beginning to be a trend here) and explained all the paperwork concisley as we went through it. All in all I had a very good experience with this group from start to finish and would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Thank you! Tim More
