Customer for life! I was recommended how great Tufankjian was by a friend so I had to go check it out. As I walked up towards the entrance I was greeted by Angel. He was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about him (even with all the million questions I had for him, he was very patient with me & kind). I can’t thank him enough for all his help. The minute I said I liked a car on the floor but didn’t like the color - he instantly brought me upstairs to see the other colors they had. Through the whole process he was very patient and didn’t pressure me like other sales people would. I went to other dealers in the south shore and didn’t feel as near as comfortable as I did there. Angel, Bob (BK), and Wallace made the whole process of buying a new car fun and completely hassle free. I was very nervous buying my first “new” car and Wallace made me feel comfortable with the choice I was making. Most salespeople want to make the most money they can off you - all three of these gentleman didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want. There isn’t many people like Angel, Bob (BK) and Wallace - they all helped me out so much. I am very, very, very happy with the choice I made to do business with Tufankjian and going to recommend them to all my friends and family! The amount of time Steve took in showing me different models and explaining different features made me certain that I could trust him. He was so personable and helped me find the perfect Corolla. I wasn't even 100% sure that I was going to get a new car but I'm so happy Steve found me one. Walace aided me in the paperwork process, definitely making it more bearable.
