The dealership was a bit of a drive but we felt the car looked great and the price was very reasonable. We called over and the sales manager matt said the car was in Weymouth not at the dealership. He said he would have someone get it bring it to the lot for us to look at. It was there waiting when we arrived. We were then introduced to Ian who was very friendly and and answered all our questions we had about the car itself. We have purchased many cars over the years and it can be a hassle and we have had some bad experiences. But going here to Tufankjian was very easy and we were treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family and tell them to definitely ask for Ian. Only have great things to say about the whole experience from beginning to end. More

Excellent in Customer Service I was looking to replace my 2003 Camry, so I went online to research Online Pricing and Negotiate to buy 2014 Camry SE in black. I got a number of re I was looking to replace my 2003 Camry, so I went online to research Online Pricing and Negotiate to buy 2014 Camry SE in black. I got a number of responders one of which was Jason Gordon from Toyota of Braintree. Extreme professional and knowledgeable. I explain to him I didn't like the process of purchasing a car and I wanted a no nonsense deal without pressure to buy, that I had experienced in the past when purchasing a car. My car was 11 years old and I knew I wanted another Camry , but dreaded the process. Jason was very polite and took in consideration what I had told him. We negotiated a price and he set me up with Brian McGrath to come in and see the car . Brian was awesome. He took my husband and I out to test drive, the exact car we negotiated. ( I say this because the previous day I had gone to another Toyota dealer and they tried to show me a different car that I had spoke to them about. ) We got in the 2014 Camry with Brian he was very friendly and professional, he showed us exactly how to use paddle shifters and answered all the questions we had. Then we went back in to finish the negotiations. We wanted to add few features and he went over the details and setup delivery. We picked up car and drove it for about a week ( which we had rain nearly the entire time). So after about 10 days I finally got to wash and look over the Camry we notice the Protective Film that was installed had bubbles, so I called and spoke to Brian and made arrangements to come by dealership to have them look at the car. They in turned agreed it was not done correctly and would re-install it .Brian made himself very available no matter the questions we had. If I couldn't reach him, I would leave email or phone message he was very prompt in get back us. He gave us a loaner to use till Camry was ready and I met Amanda in service area who was very busy, but took the time to setup loaner and service. We could not have been happier with our experience this time around purchasing a car. We would and have recommended this dealership. They were more concerned with finding the right vehicle for me and getting me the best deal they could possibly help me get. Natacha Alexandre was the person helping me get a brand new Toyota tundra with her help we found the best truck in the lot and on top of that we were able to test drive multiple cars and she guided me and my father to find the best fit for our needs. She in fact was so friendly with everyone in the dealership it was almost as though she was running the show. When we wanted to test drive the big tundra rock crawler that was in the dealer for display she had everyone in the store help us get it out so we could get a chance to really experience the total TRD experience. We decided to get a fully loaded sr5 double cab package with a really low payment and even with not the best credit Natacha and Tufankjian made our dream of a fully loaded tundra come true if I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership because Natacha made us feel right at home and it was all in all the best car buying experience i have ever had. More
