Not only is Sunny very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at , he made us feel comfortable with his great sense of humor and smile. Sunny made sure to keep us up to speed on the status of the process over the 3 day experience. He also taught my daughter a little bit about finance. Incredible Experience with Toyota of Braintree I previously owned an American made truck for 20 years. I have driven in the Tacoma and enjoyed the look and feel. When my truck drove its last leg I I previously owned an American made truck for 20 years. I have driven in the Tacoma and enjoyed the look and feel. When my truck drove its last leg I decided that I wanted to go check out my options with Toyota. I arrived on a Saturday morning to the Tufankjian dealership in Braintree, Mass. The atmosphere was very laid back and captivating. The entire staff was very inviting and professional. I worked with Erwin through the initial process and he was very informative and educated about the Toyota product and explained in detail what my options were. Based on his guidance and support I test drove a Tacoma and was SOLD! I then worked very closely with Mark and John who explained my finance options and additional features that were available to me. I was extremely satisfied that they were looking out for my best interest and feel I got a very good finance plan based on their expertise. It was a very long day at the dealership but an overall pleasant experience. More
