It was a valuable learning experience for my husband and I. Toyota of Braintree worked with us to come to a common ground where we are both happy. Upon visiting Toyota of Braintree, I had never purchased a used car nor had I visited a dealership of this magnitude before. I was also concerned I would be lost in the midst of other buyers, especially because I am on a tight budget. As it turns out, after visiting Toyota of Braintree I had no cause to worry. I was treated with respect and class, and the entire process was painless and very simple. All my questions were answered, and the sales representative I worked with went above and beyond what I would have considered "average" effort. I have shared my feelings about Tufankjian with my friends and family and will definitely continue to do so in the future. I made an appointment with Bob Wilfand to explore the possibility of getting a new/used vehicle. Instead of just dragging me out to the lot and saying "this is what we got" he instead sat down with me an possibility of getting a new/used vehicle. Now that we had a good idea of what I did and didn't want, Bob showed me a good many vehicles that certainly "fit the bill". As we were walking through the impressive indoor lot Bob introduced me to Matt, the used car guru, and Bob explained to Matt what I was looking for. Five minutes later Matt came back to Bob to tell him he may have just taken in a vehicle that may be a perfect fit for what I was looking for. We went right down and looked at the vehicle in its "as is" condition and it floored me that it was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I did the deal with Bob and when I came to pick up the vehicle (even though it was 8 years old) it looked and drove like it just came off the showroom floor. The whole experience was very pleasurable (which I don't believe I have ever said about a vehicle purchase) and I left with a good feeling that there is a team of professionals at Tufankjian that will stand behind this or any other purchase in the future. I went to the dealership in need of new car immediately. I was taken care of quickly and with great respect. All my needs were listened to and met. I was able to fill out all the paperwork and get a no money down, 0% finance loan. This was all accomplished in just over an hour. I was given the owner's manual and CD to review so that when I returned to pick up the car all my question would be answered. I picked up the car at the scheduled time. My questions were answered easily. The car was ready for me with a full tank of gas, inspection sticker and plates in place. The sun was shining brightly as I got in to my new Prius and drove away. This was a great car buying experience! Every person at the dealership was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It really seemed important to them that I be completely satisfied with my purchase.
