When I arrived at the dealership, I was in a bad mood because my wife who was following me in her car had gotten lost and caused a lengthy delay. I could not recommend a nicer salesperson. Later when we went to the business office we were taken excellent care of by John Celesk. He was knowledgeable, considerate and a pleasure to deal with. He explained our options in a non pressure way and was excellent. I like this dealership very much. It is obvious that the whole company values excellent customer service and I felt that is exactly what I received at all times. More

I was looking to lease a Toyota Highlander and did some research online before going to a dealership. When I went to see Gail she informed me that she had not seen the deal but if it was on the website there would be no problem and they would honor it. . Gail and I sat down and she realized that they had sold the last Highlander SE earlier in the week but then quickly told me not to worry that she would do her best to locate one for me. Within a week I was behind the wheel of my new car. Each person I spoke with was kind and professional and Gail went above and beyond to insure that I got the advertised deal even though they had no more in inventory. We looked at three different models, and test drove two of them. We decided to lease a 2014 Toyota Corolla S (fully equipped).
