I went into this dealership for service the week before purchasing and decided during the service to ask my service advisor (Kendall) for a trade-in allowance. After a couple of days, I decided to look around at all the dealerships within a 100 mile radius (since I had an idea of a trade now) of where I live...that being Braintree. The best deal out there was above what I wanted to spend and the team that I selected earlier (Natache; Kenny; Mike) went to work on behalf of myself (being a return service customer) and got me the deal that I couldn't refuse. They did not nickel and dime me once I told them where I needed to be at and they made it happen. I would like to thank all of them for their professionalism as I know that I am a very hard customer to bargain with. More

I am writing this review to express the positive experience I had at Toyota of Braintree. The vehicle I purchased was a 2012 Toyota Highlander and the friendly and approachable manner in which Paul experience I had at Toyota of Braintree. I came to this dealership after going to another one and was happily surprised. I was greeted at the door and I was helped by a salesman (Erwin Amboy). I went to the dealership two or three different times to look at the car and talk with Erwin. He never tried to push me into buying a vehicle. He and Mark McElroy were both incredibly helpful and patient. I looked around at other dealerships and I know they gave me the best price and deal for the vehicle I purchased. Joey Foy drove me all of the way to another location to find try to find one, and when that did not pan out, Mark McElroy found another that worked for me, and provided me with a rental since the car would not be able to be processed until the next day. Arthur Martel explained very succinctly all of the paperwork, and was very patient and gracious, especially since he had to do a set all over again. We had a great experience with Angel! He was very patient and let us test drive three vehicles. Because we were buying a Prius we had a lot of questions about hybrids and if he didn't know the answer, he was and let us test drive three vehicles. My visit to Toyota of Braintree was to test drive a Camry Hybrid SE. I had test drove a 2014 XLE "Limited Availability" version at another dealership I had dealt with for years and was impressed with the v Hybrid SE. I had test drove a 2014 XLE "Limited Availability" version at another dealership I had dealt with for years and was impressed with the vehicle but not the price. Unfortunately it had $2,000 worth of options that I most likely would never use. After much vehicle research between 2014 and 2014.5 Camry Hybrid's and searching inventory at Toyota.com it appeared that the vehicle I wanted wasn't available. At the DealerRater.com website I visited the Toyota of Braintree website again and looking at inventory I noticed a new SE "Limited Availability" version of the Camry Hybrid with some of the options I was interested in. I emailed a quote request and Jasmine Brown replied in short order and she also emailed me the spec sheets on the vehicle. We set up an appointment and I met her and Natache Alexandre, a sales consultant who was to handle my visit and test drive. Both ladies are very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and professional. After the test drive I decided I still preferred the XLE and would wait. Natache went off to check inventory and availability for a 2014.5 XLE with the options I wanted. She returned with the Sales Manager, Bob Keough who surprisingly had located at another dealership the exact vehicle I was looking for. Since I had the numbers from my other dealer and knew what I wanted to pay; we hammered out a deal and I bought the car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of purchasing a vehicle and would like to thank Jasmine, Natache and Bob for their effort and a job well done. Bob Lucas More
