my recent truck purchase at toyota of braintree was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Starting from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the front of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Starting from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the front door. The show room was big and brigh and very welcoming. I was greated by Mark Mcelroy who introduced me to Eduardo Vivas my sales person. I saw Mark several times after our initial meeting. He always seemed to be there to direct me, answer a question or just say hello in passing. He made me feel welcome and at one point invited me to enjoy some food from a customer appreciation event they were hosting one evening. Eduardo was very wecoming as well. I think I most appreciated his sincerity and effort to figure out what it was that I was looking for and how best he could help me. While I ended up in a slightly different direction than when I came into the dealership, I never felt pushed or pressured. Euardo was cincere and convited in finding me the best option to suite my needs. His follow up was impeccable and even stuck with me for 1/2 hour to help me clean out my trade in transitioning into my new truch. Not a pretty site, let me tell you. I also sat down with Arthur Martell the Finance Manager who went over the loan options and other options items that I could purchase for my truck. I chose an alarm car starter option which will be great in the winter having just moved into a house without a garage. Just as I was starting to think about how I was going to get by wihout transportation, Arthur offered me a vehicle to use which was music to my ears. On the day that my truck was serviced things could not have gone smoother. I could not speak more highly of my experience at Toyota of Braintree. First let me say that the whole buying experience was exceptional. The sales staff I worked with, Jessica Colanino and Eric Francke made me feel comfortable from researching vehicles on their website to exceptional. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed and will definitely recommend this dealership to others who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Another note: The first time I visited the dealership a couple sales staff walked up and asked me if I was already being helped, which they should as it's their job. I already had an appointment with another salesperson and once I said that one of the sales reps who originally came up to me brought me to a spot off the floor so I could wait for my appointment without constantly being approached. That is a sign of a great dealership and a strong sales team. More

We discussed the price, back and forth, But eventually we decided the price was right!. Mark and Gail were most helpful in working with us. they made it easy and pleasant with no hassles. I went home and got my title and came back and the Rav 4 was waiting for me , all cleaned and ready to go. This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience we have had in a long time.
