Everyone we met at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree was so friendly and helpful. They all worked well as a team to make our car buying experience a positive one. After we bought the car he did not just give us the key and show us the door but instead took a lot of time to make sure we understood all of the cars features and how to use them. This was our 1st time buying from Toyota of Braintree and Erwin Amboy was our salesperson. First impressions are critical and Erwin is a great representative. He is very knowledgeable on the products and asks the right questions without making you feel pressured. We purchased a used 2004 Toyota Avalon. The service department evaluated this vehicle as part of their quality control process and identified a few maintenance items (i.e. tires, rear stabilizer bushings, oil change, etc.) that needed to be performed prior to delivery. While performing the repairs the service department identified some minor scratches on the windshield and it was replaced as it did not meet their standards. This speaks to the quality of staff and the used vehicle(s) that Toyota of Braintree feels comfortable selling. My experience with this company is that they are committed to doing the right thing by the customer and in doing so create a long lasting relationship. I have owned five Toyota products My first was a well used 1985 Tercell SR5 I bought for $300 off my neighbor it looked like a microwave on wheels... I didn't care I just wanted something for the summer and thought I would only get 6 months max out of it ...5 years later I was still driving it .. I did all I could to abuse this vehicle... No maintenance, no oil change, it would sit for weeks under snow and every time it would started right back up... A Japanese version of Christine... I couldn't kill it It was after that I became convinced of the quality product from Toyota so it was a no brainer when I wanted to buy a truck and drove home in a Tacoma that I owned for well over 8 years and would still own if Toyota had not made me sell it back to them because of some defect. In my opinion Toyota/Scion brand simply sell themselves I don't need to be convinced to buy one but it's where I chose to buy one that I need convincing of. I'm drawn to the Scion brand for many reasons one of the most important ones is the Pure Price Solution. As a customer I don't have to negotiate price or sit in a dealership waiting for someone to crunch numbers in a high pressure environment. Working in the customer service industry I know all to well the important of customer care and the benefits if it is executed right. Happy,loyal customers. This is my third purchases from Tufankjian Toyota. The relationship that has been developed keeps me coming back. Most dealerships offer the same products... Cars, service, parts... However it is the intangibles that separates one from all the others Your ability to acknowledge and make me consistently feel valued as as customer . I visited the dealership last Saturday afternoon and sat with Eduardo Vivas for a while talking about my objectives. He and I took a test drive in the car I ulitmately purchased. I stated on that day, that I had to discuss the purchase of the vehicle with my wife. Mark McElroy suggested I take the car home with me on Saturday night into Sunday and have my wife take a ride with me. I was very appreciative of this gesture and had never encountered this before. This impressed me. Anyway, I brought it back and decided to wait for a couple of months then rethought it and went back and decided to lease. At every turn, the service was thorough, professional, courteouse and informative. When I did my paperwork, Don Richmond was very thorough. I also need to mention that I came by late to do my paper work and Don, Eduardo and John Celesk stayed late to help me out. John Celesk was very helpful with a technical issue with the computers and assisted Don and I to a very great extent. No one mentioned the late hour. It was well after 9. Don did everything he said he would do for me - my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. When I picked my car up, Francis Araujo brought me through everything, including explaining what Bluetooth was after setting it up. He was very patient and helped me unload my old car into the new one. Great service - thank you again Francis. What else can I say...I look forward to visiting the dealership where service has been set up for my car.... More

This is the second Corolla, I have purchased from here in 7 months. I had no intention or reason to upgrade my 2013 except for the fact this 2014 is totally redesigned and reminded me of a Baby Avalon. The look, the style, was so impressive when I was told about this New Corolla back in July, placed a seed that grew more and more each day that I had to have it. This was an experience superior to that at the Lexus dealership I visited just prior. They have a no nonsense approach to sales. I had visited several other dealerships when looking for a car for my mother recently. I couldn't believe the how many times I got the runaround and was flat out lied to! Toyota of Braintree had a car advertised at a good price. They had it in stock and they sold it to me without trying to pressure me into purchasing high priced add-ons. It sounds like a simple process but there are a lot of dealers who just can't seem to do that. Do your homework and have a realistic price in mind for the car you want to purchase and you can actually buy a car at Toyota of Braintree without wasting a whole day at a dealership! More
