This dealership was great! I was nervous because I didn't think they could help. My car (Chevy Equinox) broke down and I was stranded. I needed a car but wasn't sure the credit would fly. Gail showed me a brand new Corolla S with a sun roof rear spoiler and alloy wheels in an awesome blue color. I am on a very limited budget, but Gail assured me, we could make it work. Gail introduced me to leasing as a way of reducing my payment. I was skeptical because I wasn't sure about leasing with the rules about returning the car with scratches and such. I thought I could be charged a lot of money at the end of the lease. Don assured me that with the Excess Wear and use program, I wouldn't have to worry about the lease return issues. I moved to Boston one year and six months ago. Still, my credit file is so new that I was refused the auto loan at other dealers because lack of credit history. Before going to Toyota of Braintree, I went to 3 other dealers (2 Mazdas, 1 Ford). They made many hard pulls on my file, like a thousand of them! Seriously, it's not even funny the amount of times they applied at different banks and credit unions! And then, not even a call to say: "Hey, you didn't get approved, but, is there anything else that I can do for you? Perhaps car of less value?" Nothing... No options for me! I could not be more thankful to Tufankjian Toyota and specially Eduardo Vivas, the person who walk me through the process of buying my very first car in the U.S! Eduardo is a very experienced and knowledgeable person. He not only helped me with his knowledge in cars, he took the time to listen to my "case" and to review my report, and then he pointed me in the right direction without to push a sale.
