When I phoned with followup questions, Benson answered immediately. A week later after the accessories were installed. Benson phoned to inform me to bring in the plate and final payment for taking possession of the new car, Benson put the plate on. I am 71, never had a car with this touch screen and keyless technology. That's when Sonny came over and worked with me to set up Toyota Entune app in my iPhone. Sonny then took me to the new car and helped me link my iPhone to the touch screen console in the Highlander. He was extremely friendly, patient, and informative. I wasn't ready to buy that day, but because of the way this consultant treated my wife and I, I felt confident to make the decision to buy a car that very day. When it came to questions about financing, Mr. Tempro let me know right away that the dealership would take care of everything. This was my fisrt time buying a new car. From the time I entered the Toyota facility in Braintree, MA I was treated courtiously and taken care of right away.
