Let me start off by saying I HATE car shopping. I find it more stressful than getting my taxes done! So it was much to my dismay when my trusty little car got into a fight with a pothole and lost. Tufankjian was reccomended to me by one my family members. So of course I went there with it already in my head that this was going to be miserable and I wasn't going to like anything. That is when I met Kenny and Walace. Their customer service skills were amazing. They made me feel welcome and not pressured. They made sure that I got a car that I was completely happy with. Kenny has such a great personality that you can't help but smile when you talk to him, he actually made car buying fun. Walace is a complete magician when it comes to numbers and made it not stressful at all. In fact, we sat there chatting the whole time. Based on my experience, I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone who needs a car. I will definitely be back for my next one! More
After having had my Chevy car for over 7 years & put 134,000+ miles on it, I was ready to take a serious look for a new vehicle. After having researched the Scion brand quite extensively, I was set on 134,000+ miles on it, I was ready to take a serious look for a new vehicle. After having researched the Scion brand quite extensively, I was set on a Scion XB or XD being my first options. I called the dealership ahead of time to let them know I would likely be stopping by later in the afternoon. When I arrived with my wife, they were extremely friendly & greeted us with respect & kindness. I worked with Kaitlyn Kiley, who was very laid-back, while remaining super professional. She was a very no-pressure salesperson who was more than helpful in hearing my thoughts on what models I was considering & what features/colors I was interested in. She brought me to the dealership's huge multi-level garage (which houses thousands of vehicles) and helped "marry" me to a brand new Scion XB. After the test drive, Kaitlyn asked my thoughts without placing any post-driving pressure on me. It was apparent she was sincere in wanting to help ensure I felt happy about whatever ultimate choice I'd make. All the while, Manager Mike Hanks came by and ensured everything was running smoothly, while engaging me in some good off-the-cuff conversation...it was a nice personal touch to the whole experience. I was sold on the XB. Bill Detellis worked with me on finalizing what accessories I was looking to incorporate into the vehicle, and was thorough with detail (without being overwhelming). Bill has a very easygoing presence which helps when choosing multiple options for your vehicle! Once that was finished, I ultimately ended up in Walace Langame's office, who handled my financing. Again, there was no pressure whatsoever from Walace, who secured a very appropriate finance loan that I was more than happy with...good term with a low APR. The crew remained at the dealership at least 30 - 45 minutes after closing time to ensure I'd drive out of there with my vehicle of choice (though I felt awful about it, they reassured me it was no inconvenience to them). Now I am happily driving a brand new 2013 Scion XB, and can thank Kaitlyn, Bill & Walace for that...they worked with me, didn't pressure me into anything, allowed me to pick options I felt was appropriate for me without guilt and remained friendly/professional the entire time. Hopefully many years from now when I'm looking for another vehicle, I'll keep Tufankjian & their crew in mind as my first choice. By far, the best dealership experience yet! More
I stopped by Wed to check Camrys, Corollas and Rav4s. Kenny spent time listenting to what my needs were and showed me several.
