Last month I went on a quest to purchase a new Tacoma. I went out accepting the fact that I probably would not get the financing for the truck I wanted because of recent credit issues, all that changed afte went out accepting the fact that I probably would not get the financing for the truck I wanted because of recent credit issues, all that changed after visiting Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. Of all the dealerships I have dealt with in my car buying lifetime, Tufankjian Toyota buries them all!!! I was awestruck at the level of service and attentiveness that I received from the moment I walked in the door. The lengths that the dealership went to, not only get me the financing I needed to get a new truck but to sell me the truck I wanted at the price I could afford was nothing short of staggering! Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional. One person I would like to single out is Don Richmond. Don went above and beyond for me jumping through financial loops with TFS. I am still in disbelief that he was able to pull off what he and the rest of the financial crew at the dealership did. Needless to say no mater were a live in the future I am driving back to Braintree to buy my next new vehicle, and every vehicle after that. Tufankjian Toyota has a customer for life!! More

During the process we spoke with four of their employees. Each one was helpful, informative and considerate. I sent in a review last week after my daughter and I had picked out a vehicle with the help of salesperson Leo Batiste. Great experience for me and my daughter who was purchasing her first vehicle. We have, over the years, all heard the stories of overly aggressive sales people at car dealerships and I can truly say this was not the case at Toyota of Braintree We were treated with patience and respect and this being my daughters first car buying experience, I believe she will have very positive memories and thoughts of her car buying experience. While picking up the vehicle yesterday we mostly dealt with Finance Manager Walace Langham and Sales Manager Bob Cameron. Both were super friendly and helpful. Walace could not have been more of a gentleman or been any better explaining everything detail so my daughter completely understood the process. Considering my whole family was sitting in his office for quite a while, Walace interacted with each of us while sifting through the paperwork and financing process. He is was helpful, friendly and informative. Bob Cameron spoke to us for awhile because I had a small concern about the clutch on this vehicle but after taking me out for a drive and showing how to drive the car properly, all concerns were put to rest. The whole experience was perfect and I would recommend Toyota of Braintree to anyone looking for a new or used car. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!! More

It started 2 years ago with my first Brand New car purchase, in anticipation of our first child, my wife and I were looking to move into a safe and reliable SUV. We visited a number of dealerships, went on countless test drives for different vehicles but could not pull the trigger on a decision. On a Saturday visit to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree we met Ryan Tierney and after a short conversation with him we felt at ease. Ryan was professional, courteous and very thorough, after a couple hours of test drives and numerous questions we were ready to make the purchase. Ryan, Mike and Carlos made the whole process easy and stress free. With confidence we have recommended Ryan and the team at Tufankjian Toyota to multiple friends and family who have all enjoyed the same friendly and professional service. On a routine service visit last week, the great customer service continued, even 2 years later Ryan remembered who I was and after some conversation I found myself searching the new Highlander inventory. Today I drove home a new 2013 Highlander, and was able to work with Ryan and John Celesk to finalize the deal. while going over the paperwork and options with John who was incredibly detailed and organized, Ryan was hard at work reinstalling my child's car seat in the new vehicle. Tufankjian Toyota was the 6th dealership I had visited in approximately 2 weeks worth of shopping. On a whim, I walked into Tufankjian on a Thursday (March 7, 2013) during the beginning of a surprise snow s approximately 2 weeks worth of shopping. On a whim, I walked into Tufankjian on a Thursday (March 7, 2013) during the beginning of a surprise snow storm. I had never owned a Toyota nor did I see myself ever being the owner of one. I had always owned either a VW or GM product. The thought of buying a Hybrid led me to Toyota, the leaders in the business. I assumed no sales person would be overly excited to show me vehicles during the storm, which by this time had been covered in snow/ice. I walked in, stomped my feet off on the mat and a friendly gentleman (Kenny Temro) warned me to watch out as the floors were slick. Kenny then asked if I needed assistance even though he appeared to be busy with something else. I informed Kenny that I was looking for a sales associate and he said he was one. Kenny directed me to his desk and asked me to wait for a minute as he finished up what he was doing. Kenny came back and we discussed my plans and the type of vehicle I was looking for. I knew I wanted a Hihghlander Hybrid, which were hard vehicles to come by. Kenny asked me what type of vehicle I was currently driving and we filled out some paperwork about it. Kenny and I shared some laughs and conversation as we got to know one another. I was pleased with the lack of pressure and overall comfort I felt with Kenny. As we were having conversation another gentleman (Mark Mcelroy) approached and introduced himself as the sales manager. Mark was very kind and wanted to welcome me to the dealership also asking if Kenny was providing the service I needed. As I got ready to bundle up to look at Highlanders, Kenny informed me that we would be doing all of our looking indoors! My first thought was that the vehicle was in the showroom, but Kenny stated there were multiple floors of indoor shopping in which most of the dealer's inventory was stored. I was very excited not to have to go outside in the snow storm to shop. Kenny showed me to the elevator where we ran into one of the dealership's owners (who kindly introduced himself). Kenny located the two remaining Highlander Hybrids that were in stock and we looked at each and went over the features. I took the vehicle on a test drive and Kenny went along with me. Kenny showed me the features of the Highlander as we drove. Conditions were perfect to test drive a Highlander 4x4 as the snow was a few inches thick and the plows hadn't had a chance to clear the roads yet. The snow was really coming down, sideways! Kenny and I brought the vehicle back within the indoor garage and went over some additional features and he answered some questions. Kenny was very knowledgeable and answered anything he could about the Highlander. Once back at Kenny's desk we began the negotiation process, I knew I liked the vehicle and I was well practiced from all my visits to previous dealers. I had an good idea of what I wanted to pay. I was in communication with my wife via cell phone the entire time. I can't say enough about the courtesy Kenny and Mark displayed while we discussed numbers etc. as they would always allow me ample time and privacy to make phone calls and would leave the area so I could talk in private. They were not high pressure, and kept a sense of humor the entire time. Needless to say I purchased the Highlander and I couldn't have been more pleased. Kenny was great, and Mark assisted with a great deal. Kenny started to get the sale written up and for anyone that has purchased a car knows, there is a lot of paperwork that follows. Kenny then sat me down with John Celesk to go over the preliminary financing. After John, I sat down with a member of the service department who set up my first service visit, activated my online account, and discussed some of the accessories available. I then finished up the financing with John where he discussed some additional options for warranties, etc. John was very knowledgable and personable. I can't tell you how many times we got off track with conversation unrelated to financing. During this entire time, Kenny was running around getting my old trade in ready and my new Toyota detailed also installing all the mats, license plates, etc. Kenny pulled both of my vehicles into the service drop off garage where I would be able to transfer all my personal belongings out of the aforementioned snow storm. Kenny offered assistance and went over some additional features before I left. Kenny is a great guy that is proud of what he does and had been doing it a long time, he has the resume to prove it. I have already recommended Tufankjian Toyota to friends and co-workers, specifically Kenny. THANKS AGAIN!!! More
