My first contact with Tufankjian was Bob Hadges from Internet Sales. Bob gave me all the information I was looking for via email in a most timely manner. Bob was one of several I was in contact with on the internet. He was the quickest.. no nonsense.. brief and to the point - a plus since I did not have time to waste. When I in fact made the decision to come in to purchase from Tufankjian, I was greeted at the door by Ian Merrill. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Prius. He spent a fair amount of time going over the benefits of Toyota, Prius and Tufankjian in general; then took us out for a test drive. He was very patient answering all of my questions. His up-beat attitude convinced me. We then met with Walace Langame. Walace from Finance was equally as pleasant as Ian. He went over all of the figures and options and answered all of our questions. At this point I had no doubt that I had come to the right place. To round off my visit, I met with Bill Detellis who went over the accessories available. Very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Finally, Greg Tufankjian took the time to come in to meet my daughter and me - a pleasant surprise. In previous transactions at other dealerships I've never met anyone in management who showed the interest in meeting a customer. Choosing and negotiating a deal on a car is always cumbersome. Sunny made it easy and was extremely upbeat and helpful. When finalizing the transaction, John made it easy and less daunting. I was not planing on buying a car that day but after I saw the huge incentives and excellent lease rates I knew now was the time to buy. I was treated like family and got to the monthly payment I needed fairly quickly and with very little hassle. The only thing I did not get was the same color car I had before but with all the new features and luxuries of my new Camry se I cannot complain. I got a great deal and will keep recommending Toyota and Toyota of Braintree so everyone I meet will be as comfortable, safe, and as happy at the end of there lease or transition to there new car as I am. He was able to answer all my questions, but most importantly he was able to get me the car I wanted and in the payment range I was comfortable with. I had been to other dealerships in the area looking at cars and dealt with several other sales people. Ian seemed to have more knowledge about the product than anyone else I dealt with. If I have to recommend a dealership to anyone, I would recommend Toyota of Braintree based on the size of the selection. I strongly encourage anyone visiting Toyota of Braintree to speak with Ian. I was looking to trade in my Nissan Rogue and down-size to a leased/sedan. We are educated consumers and they respected that in us. The whole process was quick and to the point, negotiations were reasonable and clearly explained to us. Angel sold us the car and got right to the point of showing us what we wanted. Don was a precise and detailed oriented businessman. We signed all of our final paperwork with him and his thoroughness, friendliness and approachability truly topped off the entire experience. I highly recommend her. She didn't apply pressure or play any of the usual car sales games. She was a firm but fair negotiator, and I felt that I got a good deal. More
