I have given Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree all five stars because of the great service I received from Benson Onwuamaebu. I was a little nervous at first when the car Benson had showed me would not start but once he got it going the service was all up hill from there. Benson made sure that everything that had to be fixed with the car was fixed. After driving it around for a couple of weeks now the car runs like it is new. I could not be anymore pleased with the service of this dealership. More

The price of the vehicle was fantastic, and the mileage it had was unbelievably low. Ryan Sell was probably the best salesman I could have asked for. He was calm and reassuring. He was knowledgeable. He was willing to help me in any way he could. I never felt threatened. I never felt swindled. I actually felt comfortable and sure when we were going through the steps of the purchase. Not only would I recommend Tufankjian to my friends, I would suggest they deal with Ryan Sell. I would absolutely buy a car from him again. More

The moment I walked in, I was treated like a repeat customer; Everyone helped to make sure I was taken care of, offering me water/coffee while I waited. Ryan Sell was particularly helpful in getting me into the car I wanted, explaining everything I needed to know in detail so professionally. I always hesitate on the business/finance end because of how long the process is - I have gone numerous times with friends and family and for my own car-which I happily traded in this past week. I have never had such an efficient, friendly experience as I had with John Celesk. I could not believe how quickly he had the paperwork ready for me to sign-and with great numbers at that! I would have rated online sooner but naturally, I was out riding around in my new car! I proudly recommend Tufankjian to others. More

I came with my family literally. Tom was patient kind and very friendly. He explained everything and made my sister laugh and that is very hard. By the end of the whole experience my husband and I had already planned to make our next purchase with him. The paperwork was handled efficiently, the car was perfectly prepped and Shad patiently walked us through the RAV's features, even pairing my wife's phone to the Bluetooth. We got the deal we were looking for, though I was surprised that some old-school sales tactics were used. I had made it clear that we wanted a true "zero out of pocket" lease, but during the negotiations I was told that the registration fees and dealer doc fee "had to be paid". I actually walked out at that point, but Shad stopped me before I drove away and we were able to agree to the deal I was looking for without any more back-and-forth. I found this odd, and somewhat annoying, but in the big picture it was a minor hiccup. I will reiterate what I said above that I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends. When it comes time to replace my old car, Shad will be the first person I call. More
