I was delighted that most of the paperwork was done quickly. My thoughts on "making an appointment for my first service appointment" was done right away, and the follow-up email is a nice touch. Also, I failed to mention how easy it was to reach the Dealership and the car service department was carefully designed so you will never be in the snow or rain bropping of your car for service. :) I am in hopes that I will be very happy owning my Prius.
