Needed to (reluctantly) replace my '99 4Runner, and was very pleased with the service I received from Brian McGrath as we discussed the differences between the Highlander and 4Runner. Test drove both model very pleased with the service I received from Brian McGrath as we discussed the differences between the Highlander and 4Runner. Test drove both models (used) and made the decision to go with the smoother riding Highlander. The whole negotiation process went very smoothly, and the dealership was wonderfully accomodating when I needed to pull a duplicate title for my trade. Brian was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He made this transition for me (I had been driving my 4Runner for 11 years) much easier. My interaction with the Finance guys was also pleasant. John explained all my options, and Walace handled my follow-up with the title. I left the dealership feeling that I had been treated with respect. Overall, an easy and comfortable experience. I would recommend the dealership to my friends. More

Id like to start by saying that i love my toyotas. If it werent for braintree toyota and their wonderful finance department Id be driving something else. When I first came to braintree toyota i was a little werent for braintree toyota and their wonderful finance department Id be driving something else. When I first came to braintree toyota i was a little nervous and very unsure about what exactly I wanted. I pretty much started in the finance department to see if I was able to even finance. I had the pleasure of dealing with Walace Langame. Mr. Langame was very helpful to me. He made my experience at braintree toyota alot more enjoyable. I was no longer nervous. He took the time and found out exactly the kind of vehicle that was right for me. I dont even think thats part of his job but he did it anyways. Walace was very kind and professional during the entire process. Since I started dealing with toyata of braintree 8 months ago, Ive purchased two vehicles. 2009 corolla and a 2013 tacoma. I love both my vehicles and will definitley be returning in the future. I will also refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to braintree toyota. More

Mr. Batista's customer service was more than exceptional. He was able to help my mom and I find the best deal on a new car. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. My mother He was able to help my mom and I find the best deal on a new car. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. My mother's English is very limited, so having Mr. Batista as our Spanish speaking dealer was great. Definately an A+++ for us! More
This was my 5th lifetime car purchase, and I have never had a better experience than at Tufankjian. First Great Point: Speed of Service I made an online form submission expressing interest in coming i had a better experience than at Tufankjian. First Great Point: Speed of Service I made an online form submission expressing interest in coming in to look at some vehicles, and within an HOUR I got a call back! I was expecting a few days but was blown away by the fact that I was able to get an appointment the next day, despite it being 6pm already the day I made the submission. Second Great Point: Reputation & Professionalism Walk into their dealership and there are no questions that you're dealing with the best of the best highest quality Toyota/Scion/dealership in New England. The place is very well kept, the employees all dressed respectably, and plenty of free refreshments inside to satisfy any needs I had. Third Great Point: The people themselves I was greeted by several people, and was eventually introduced to Ed & Gail, my primary salespeople. They were the nicest folks you'd ever want to meet. Forth Great Point: Lack of Pressure I left the dealership after some test drives without an ounce of pressure to purchase. I said I liked the car, a Scion tC, and would think about it. Had absolutely no pressure, no sales gimmicks, no act-now deals that I had to buy that day or else I'd lose the deal - nothing. I don't like being pressured into anything. It's unnatural, and this was the first time after buying 4 cars previously that I felt no pressure to buy. Fifth Great Point: Flexibility and Personable I came in after I made the decision to buy the car, but realized that I wouldn't be able to buy it until a week later when I got my paycheck. Normally (and this is standard), dealerships will require a down-payment to hold a car for you, especially the car I wanted (which was a Limited Edition tC, only 2,000 in production, rare and highly desired), so there were other buyers interested and even though I didn't have the deposit, Gail STILL set the car on hold just for me. I was floored. I came in a few days later and give a minimum deposit of $200 (even though $500 is normal), and they held the car until I was able to afford it and came in and bought it. Sixth Great Point: Timeliness The car was available exactly when they said it would be. No waiting, no fuss, no hassles, nothing. They had the car available exactly when I needed it. I even had them put in a special alarm system which took them mere hours to do. Last Point: Complementary Services Not only did I get an amazing vehicle at an absolutely amazing price, but they also offer awesome complementary services. So any oil changes, tire repairs, roadside assistance, you name it, comes free for 2 years! All in all, I was extremely satisfied at every point in the process. It was ENJOYABLE, RELAXING, and STRESS-FREE. I don't know if I lucked out by having Ed & Gail as my sales people, or if it's the dealership as a whole, but holy moley! I will buy any car in the future from these guys unless I switch make/model to another car, but even then I'd ask them to locate it for me. I'd give them a 6/5 if I could. They just got a permanent happy satisfied customer :) Love the new car too! More
I purchased the car on 8/30/12. For personal reasons did not pick it up until 9/12/12, 2 weeks away. I arrived on the 12th , had to wait over one hour for it to be inspected??????? All you had to do was not pick it up until 9/12/12, 2 weeks away. I arrived on the 12th , had to wait over one hour for it to be inspected??????? All you had to do was put my plates on the new car..... why did it take over one hour????????? I was told that other cars were in the service department and I had to wait my turn.... You are very attentive on the day I signed the papers, why do I have to wait now to get the car??? You already have the $$$$ so WHO cares? On the way home I noticed that the side mioldings that I had ordered and PAID for, were not in place... I called and it seemed like a surprise.. I was greeted with, WHO ORDERED THE MOLDINGS?? Shouldnt the salesman be responsible for ALL?? It seems like my time is not important to your salesman.... I do not have a lot of spare time to spend at Toyota... AND, I was asked no less than 4 times to make sure I did this survey. ?????????? He checked to see if they were in stock? They should have been ordered two weeks ago.... I was told it would take 1/2 hour to put them on... I said I would call on monday (9/17) to set up a time. On monday I was told that it was way to busy in service , it would not take a 1/2 hour. It would be better if I came in on thursday. I work on thursday, I will be there at 3:30, they will be done in 1/2 hour, won't they? I arrived on thursday and they were installed in the 30 minutes that was promised. I feel that I was mistreated..... My time is very important and it appeared that the salesman did not see that. More
