If there was anything I did not fully understand about anything throughout the proccess, Sunny was there to shed some light and make sure I understood what I was getting into. After completing the sale, I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica Reed in the finance department. She was very friendly and made the experience even better. First I encountered Steve Lavanchy who is the nicest/honest sales person I have ever dealt with. I was expecting to encounter a high pressure person trying to talk me into the best car ever made. Steve was kind, patient and most of all honest..It was like I was dealing with a life long friend. Once I made my decision, I met Arthur Martel who was the finance guy. Again honest, no pressure and very and very funny. By the end of the sale, I wanted to put on the coffee or break open a beer with these guys. No games, no bait and switch - Eric had the car I discussed ready for me to check out. It is easy to see why this dealership gets high marks and works to keep that rating. Ryan was very flexible allowing me to test drive highway and local roads - he wanted me to feel comfortable with the car. I gave price a 4/5 because I always feel that your trade-in is worth more than what you get but they did meet my minimum I planned to take for it. More
