I have purchased two cars in two years both from Sunny, and find him to be top in his league. I bought a Prius two years ago, and left completely satisfied. This was not only a nice touch but a great example of customer service. As a business owner I know when people goe the extra mile and appreciate it. In addition I had the car about two weeks when Sunny called me to ask me how the everything was, pure class! Yesterday was no different I went in into the dealership to inquire about a Venza, and from no-where Sunny appeared and said Mr Doyne how can I help you. I ended up getting a 2013 Venza, and thanks to Sunny it was a smooth sale. I picked the car up today and once again I am elated I am like a kid with a new toy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience because you were encouraged to "shop" for your new car and there was no pressure to buy on the spot even though we were there during an annual clearance sale. Kenny Tempro was our sales consultant and he was highly professional, courteous and knowledgable. We purchased a new Camry and just love it. We felt we got a fair price for our trade-in and the total package was what we had planned to spend on a new car. Coming to this dealership was the best thing I could have done. I always have horror stories with cars and dealers this by far was the best experience I ever had. My journey started Monday when I came in and spoke to Shad about two used cars I was interested in and he told me he would have them transferred. Tuesday I came back and was able to test drive the Nissan. The fact that Shad was knowledgable and open to any questions made me feel comfortable and at ease going through this process. He explained to me what was going on every step of the way. After Shad was finished he introduced me to Wallace and assured me that he would take good care of me with the financial aspect of the car which he did. He made possible out of impossible. Wallace was awesome to deal with he explained to me very honestly what my options were, while assuring me he would do his best to make it work for me which he ultimately did.
