A year later, and after scouring the internet for a good deal, I noticed a posting for a well priced per-certified Toyota Yaris at this location and immediately contacted Bob. Bob was prompt in responding to my requests and made an appointment with us at our earliest convenience. Bob again gave us great service and was forthcoming about all information regarding our new purchase and our trade-in vehicle. We could not be happier with the service we received here, including service from Jessica Reed in financing. When we requested info about lower interest rate options, she helped us save money by going through each loan option and made a solution that fit within our budget. The next time we need a car, we will be back. Thanks again! More

These guys in service are great! They are truly hard workers and know how to fix/maintenance cars. A few weeks ago I was absolutely blown away with Bob's sales demeanor and process. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. He's also the first sales person I've worked with at a dealershi sales demeanor and process. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. He's also the first sales person I've worked with at a dealership that is actually knowledgable about the cars and their option and trim levels. I've gone into other dealerships where they have handed me off to so called "product specialists" who know absolutely nothing. So I thank them for the experience. I thank thank them for their hard work, their knowledge, their integrity, and for giving sales guys something to brag about -- doing business the right way. I'm looking forward to sending them referral business as long as they're still selling cars. This was the least pushy car buying experience I've ever had. Honest, straightforward and easy. I wish I could buy a new car every month, just so I had an excuse to go back. More

The experience we had with Toyota of Braintree surpassed our greatest expectations. The last time we bought a car (from another dealer!), we were very unhappy with the service and felt that any negative co our greatest expectations. The last time we bought a car (from another dealer!), we were very unhappy with the service and felt that any negative comments you ever hear about "used car salesmen" were accurate in the extreme in that case. This time, even with the good things we had heard about Toyota of Braintree, we still went in expecting the "used car salesman" mentality, maybe just a little better than before. What a difference we found! We were originally attracted to this dealer by the integrity and friendliness of Eric Francke, whom we have known for quite a while, years before we ever considered buying another car. He walked us through each step of our experience there, making sure everything went smoothly. And it did! Our salesman, Ryan Tierney, was friendly and personable, and extremely helpful. He answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and important! We feel that not only is he a great salesman, but now he is a friend as well. He and Eric went out of their way to help us find a car which is even better than what we expected to find, and the price was much lower than we expected to have to pay. The gentlemen that worked with us to get our financing, Walace Langame and Arthur Martel, were also very friendly and helpful, willing to work with us to get a loan with a lower interest rate than we were able to obtain from any bank. Walace got our loan started, and Arthur finished up, willing to explain every detail and answer clearly all our questions before asking us to sign anything. The next time we buy a car, we will definitely go to Toyota of Braintree. We would (and will, and actually have already) recommend them to anyone. Go there before you go anywhere else! P.S. He went out of his way to make the experience go smoothly. He even came by my house for some paperwork when I was stuck there with 3 sick kids. He also went above and beyond to secure my breast cancer lic plate which was extremely important to me. At a previous dealership, I was treated like a 2nd class citizen because my credit was not stellar - at Toyota in Braintree that was not the case and they worked with me to make sure I was put in the vehicle of my dreams with all the bells and whistles at a price that I was comfortable with. Even the time I spent in the finance office was pleasant - no pressure. I like to deal with up-front and honest people and that is exactly what I found at Toyota in Braintree. I am very happy! I More
