I have bought many cars in my lifetime, but I've never had such an experiance quite like this. From the minute I met Brian McGrath I noticed that he wasn't your typical salesman. This is my third vehicle from braintree Toyota and the service is excellent on all three sales. I remember when I bought my first car and came back 2 weeks later and told Benson I was not happy with it. H service is excellent on all three sales. He told me to sit down and relax and he will put me in a new car in no time and without losing anything. Wallace and Carlos made the deal just right for me to get my next car and I was so happy. That left me with good feelings deep inside that these are actually people who care about customer satisfaction. When I decided me and my girlfriend to get 2 new cars, who better than these people to get us in 2 new cars even though the models we wanted was not available. I have to say, this was the most friendliest outgoing group of people my mom and I dealt with in the few weeks of car shopping. My mother recently needed to get a new car and decided she would like to "lease"; instead of buying. As she is a loyal "camry"person, she wanted to stay local. When we arrivad at the Toyota dealership we were greeted by Kenny T, who was very friendly and knowledgable. Once my mom told him she would prefer a "silver" Corolla LE, Kenny went out of his way to find her one,and actually found one in stock that just came in with only 7 miles. Then we met Kenny's manager, Mark McElroy,who was a delight. Mark went out of his way to make the car budget "fit"for my mom's needs. It was nice to see that a person from the management team was putting the customer's needs first, not the bottom sales dollar, especially in this economy. During the time in the showroom, we crossed paths with Donna LaRosa aka "tumbleweed" who answered additional questions my mom had about the dealership and their customer service dept, policies, etc. Ms. LaRosa had a very positive attitude about the company,standing behind their vehicles, etc. During the final phase of the adventure of car financing, my mom dealt with Arthur Martel and Jessica Reed, aka "fun loving nancy" and "the princess"; who I must say were the happiest two people in the bunch. Arthur and Jessica were very professional in the business dealings aspect, but were very friendly and comical with their quick remarks. Their outgoing personalities helped to relax my mom as she was so worried about all the the "what ifs". Arthur and Jessica even offered to cancel and return her old plates to the registry, so my mom didnt have to make the trip. We would just like to say in closing, that both my mom and I were impressed with the quality of people working at this dealership, and my mom just dealt with five. All five of these individuals were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous of the customer's needs, and we would definately refer the dealership and these individuals to friends and family when they are in the market for a vehicle. I came to Toyota Scion of Braintree to look for a new car. Benson and Walace were highly recommended to me by my boyfriend and his family. They were both great! Benson went to work and found me my car that was coming in on the next shipment. Walace handled all of the financial paperwork. He was extremely helpful, friendly and explained everything so clearly. I now have my new Toyota Matrix and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Both Benson and Walace were a pleasure to work with and I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. More

I met Bob previously through networking and thought he was just wonderful. This coincided with the time that my lease was up on the vehicle I was driving so I made an appointment with Bob to come in and s was just wonderful. He showed me several options in my price range and never gave me the hard sell. He explained the differences between the final two cars I was considering and helped me make an informed decision. When the car that I wanted to lease got snatched up from under me by another buyer, Bob and his team jumped into action and got me the car that I wanted and in the color that I wanted very quickly. During my second meeting with Bob to pick up the car, he went over all the details of the car to make sure that I drove off the lot feeling comfortable with all the in and outs of the vehicle. Bob was amazing to work with, funny, personable, nice, and make this probably my best car related experience to date. I will definitely be going back to Bob when my lease is up and will recommend him and the Toyota of Braintree dealership to anyone and everyone I come across who may be looking for a car at a competitive price and with great customer service. I have had really bad experiences walking into other car dealerships and feeling hounded as everyone is trying to sell a car. However at Toyota of Braintree, the experience was quite the opposite. We were greeted by friendly staff especially our sale representative Eduardo. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He asked exactly what we were looking for and did not try to sway my decision one way or another. He spoke to me and my family in a way that showed extreme respect. Most dealerships you have to ask for discounts on the cars, in this situation I was given a discount on the price of the car just because Eduardo knew the budget I was working with and where I wanted my payments to be. Needless to say I walked out of there with a 2011 car, all because of the way I was treated, and I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go here when purchasing a vehicle. More
I visited one other Toyota dealership and was EXTREMELY unhappy with them. I came here and it was completely different as soon as I walked onto the lot. I was quickly greeted by Benson. He was very freindly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. He show me around to look at the vehicals that I was interested in. There was no pressure or B.S. When I chose a vehical, Wallace took over with the financial aspect. He worked with me to get my payments to an acceptable range. He really worked to get things right and no problem with making a last minute change. I have since told everybody not to waste their time even going to the "other" Toyota dealer. My experience here was great and would recomend this dealer,Benson and Wallace to anyone considering a Toyota--well worth the trip. More
