I did research 4 different dealers including another Toyota dealer and Tufankjian was the best one without any question. I went in, walked around as if I owned it, checked all their models, did a test drive with Jim (great guy), and left the store. Visited two other dealers and came back to make a deal. No questions asked, they gave me the price I wanted and I left happy, with my brand new Matrix. By the way, they also speak Portuguese and Spanish, so if you are interested in buy a new car and want a VIP service, go see Walace and his team. I definitely recommend this dealer. More

They got me my new car in just 2 days, as well as helping me get the best deal/price possible. Andy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, despite it being the only one the dealership has had, and made me feel more than comfortable throughout the purchasing process. The managers are are great as well, I spoke to a couple of them just because they wanted to make sure i was satisfied with my experience and offered many helpful suggestions. Also, Walace in the finance department worked very hard to make sure that I knew all of my payment options, and helped a lot to find the best one for me. I came into the dealership and was greeted by Brian McGrath. I told him that I was looking to make an early trade in on my RAV4 lease but wasn't sure whether I wanted to stay with a RAV or look into s McGrath. He showed me a 2010 Camry - in fact, he showed me many Camry's - different colors, models. Brian knew his product and answered every question I had with no pressure. I finally chose the LS model. The whole experience was pleasant - from the time I enter the buiding, met with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and finally drove my new car home. I understand that Brian McGrath was a new employee and I was his first customer/sale. I want you to know that he was very professional and pleasant.
