We have been buying cars from the Tufankjain's for years they are easy to deal with answer your questions straigth up and make and you feel like part of the famliy. I came in looking for a specific vehicle that had just come in and the the sales team couldn't have been nicer. They got me my new car in just 2 days, as well as helping me get the best deal/price possible. Andy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, despite it being the only one the dealership has had, and made me feel more than comfortable throughout the purchasing process. The managers are are great as well, I spoke to a couple of them just because they wanted to make sure i was satisfied with my experience and offered many helpful suggestions. Also, Walace in the finance department worked very hard to make sure that I knew all of my payment options, and helped a lot to find the best one for me. All in all, this has been a great experience and i will definitely be going back to Toyota of Braintree and Andy again, as well as suggesting them to anybody I know looking to buy a car. More

I came into the dealership and was greeted by Brian McGrath. I told him that I was looking to make an early trade in on my RAV4 lease but wasn't sure whether I wanted to stay with a RAV or look into s McGrath. He showed me a 2010 Camry - in fact, he showed me many Camry's - different colors, models. Brian knew his product and answered every question I had with no pressure. I finally chose the LS model. The whole experience was pleasant - from the time I enter the buiding, met with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and finally drove my new car home. I understand that Brian McGrath was a new employee and I was his first customer/sale. I want you to know that he was very professional and pleasant. I will definately return to your dealership for a new vehicle when the time comes and I will go to Brian McGrath for his assistance. More

I stopped by during lunch hour, with certain car details in mind. I've found the car I wanted and with the expertise of Brian and his boss we were able to wrap up the transaction within that timeframe. I in mind. I agree with Seeker. I wasted over 3 hours at this dealership. I stated that I wanted an "even swap" the minute I sat down and my saleman wrote that info down on a piece of paper. I was shown several used cars (and was told about the new cars and leasing options, etc). After 3 hours and a test drive of a piece-of-junk used car... I was told that I would be upside down by $4200 (I could do the deal but I'd have to come up with $4200). Does that sound like an even swap? What a waste of time! I did all my homework. I know they would make $5000 off the sale of their used car plus $7000 off the sale of my car. Don't insult me with the "I'll go talk to my manager" stuff. That dog-and-pony show is so old. My sales person would not even look me in the eye when he brought me the numbers. He KNEW he'd led me along! More

My mother fell in love with the car and the price was great, and now we have 2 toyotas in the household and there both religously maintained by this dealership. I do not know what these people are talking about, I have had nothing but the best time with this dealership. I recently bought a 2009 Scion tc from this dealership and could not believe how well they treat had nothing but the best time with this dealership. I recently bought a 2009 Scion tc from this dealership and could not believe how well they treat you. Everyone there know everything you need to know about Toyota and Scions. I even learned some stuff from them that I did not even know, and I know alot about cars. Once you enter the dealership you are treated like family. I was introduced to Mike Hankes since I was thinking about buying a Scion. Mike is the person to speak to for anything Scion. He is there Scion Champion and I can see why. I was also helped by Jeff H, he too knows his stuff about Scions. The great part is that both of them own Scions. They both showed me what I can do to my car and I was amazed. I have had my car now for seven months and could not be happier. I love that if I need service done for whatever reason they are always able to fit you in without any problem. Also if you need any parts for your car you can see their parts manager Danny he is very helpful and gives you honest answers about certain products. I would reconmmed this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre owed Toyota or Scion. If I could give this more than a five I would. Trust me I am very picky when it comes to cars and car dealerships with this place you will not be disappointed. More

Even when I need a last minute service done the day I call, they get me in and out in less than an hour! If you're looking to buy a Scion, you should go to Mike or Jeff, they are knowledgeable of the products they sell and they both even own Scions themselves, which just proves how much they believe in what they are selling.
