I can't find a negative thing to say about my experience at Toyota of Braintree. I went their looking for a used Toyota Highlander because the prices quoted on their website were very competitve with other at Toyota of Braintree. From the start of my first visit right up to when I picked up my car, each member of the staff I dealt with was knowledgable and friendly. No part of the sales experience was "pushy" and I was able to negotiate what I believe to be a fair price for both the used car I purchased and my trade without much hassle (no long pauses, stonewalling, etc.). I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family, so I feel more than comfortable recommending this dealership to viewers of this website. More

I originally brought my 2001 Sequoia in for service and found the service employees to be friendly, welcoming and competent. But my Sequoia was 10 years old, the repairs and maintenance were starting to add up, and I knew it was time to look at another vehicle. I test-drove a 2008 Sequoia Limited and really liked it, but it wasn't quite the right car for me. When I told Tony (my salesperson) that I wanted him to find me another 2008 Sequoia Limited, I wasn't sure if he would understand, but he did. He kept his eyes open, and when another '08 Sequoia came in off a lease, he knew right away that it was what I was looking for. The second '08 Sequoia was perfect for me. I bought it several weeks ago and LOVE it. Everyone I met during the purchasing process was friendly and helpful. Not only am I grateful to Tony, I am especially indebted to Walace for patiently putting together an excellent financial deal. He even saved me money on my car insurance. Both Tony and Walace took a lot of time with me, explained everything, and were delightful to work with. I'm so grateful that they had the patience to keep working with me. I am giving the rating that I have due to their consumer orientation and I do not say this lightly. I have been at other dealerships and when I walked through the door the response was very different. The orientation and I do not say this lightly. I did not feel that I was being patronized or that I did not know what I was talking about. I feel like there was mutual respect, that Kenny understood what I needed, is well respected and that he made sure that each step of the way was made easy. The managers were very supportive. I want to emphasive that I went on a Sunday and that did not make a difference to this dealership, I can not emphasize that enough. Many of us work and Sunday may be the only time we have to really put efforts into car shopping. I found at some other dealerships, one in particular that they staffed differently and did not know their audience. I highly recommend Kenney and Toyota of Braintree. More
