I think their service is great and they are go Since I bought my Toyota, I've been going to the Braintree dealership for all of my repairs check-ups. I think their service is great and they are good at what they do. However, I do have a small issue with their website. When I logged on to schedule 30K service for my Rav4, I was given a choice of 3 service levels, Good, Better, Best. I opted for the good package but when I arrived, I was told that the Good package is not applicable and should get the Better one. It is a big deal to me because the price differential is fairly significant. If only two options are available then this should've been more upfront when I scheduled the service. I felt like when I went in I kind of got railroaded to a package I wasn't expecting to receive. Please update your website accordingly, since you already have my car's information in your database. Secondly, I think it's not much to ask that there be a shuttle working on Saturday. I live in Braintree, and would've rather gone home to wait for the car rather than go shopping at the area stores, which is what the service staff member suggested. Otherwise, I am highly pleased with the overall service of Braintree Toyota's service department and aside from these small issues, have always thought highly of the dealership.. More

The repai The service department at Toyota Braintree is top-notch! My 2008 Rav4 had a steering wheel spiral cable recall repair at the end of 2014. The repair went well except that the snapping mechanism of the steering shaft column covers was damaged when technician put them back due to the nature of plastic part. After I reported the issue to the service department, both Ken Roadriques and Brian Mannering responded to my email and assured me that they will stand behind their service. Brian ordered the new shaft column covers and notified me in mid January. I was not able to make the trip due to the severe weather and the work until yesterday. I met with Brian and discussed with him about this matter as well as the concerns on the squeaking belt noise from the pulley developed during the extreme weather in the past 2 months. Brian was patient to listen to me and is knowledgeable to diagnose the problems. My experience with him was very pleasant. Brian makes repair recommendations based on the actual need rather than trying to promote the sales of the services. If you take your car to Braintree Toyota for services, I recommend asking for Brian Mannering who is one of the best mechanical engineers there. More

It was raining out so the large, covered drop off area was really nice. Amanda was very pleasant, confirming everything that i had scheduled. The waiting area was nice and spacious and clean. I enjoyed that there was a separate room for kids to play in so I was able to read my book. When my car was ready, Amanda did a fantastic job at going over the inspection report and helped me schedule my next scheduled appointment. More

An hour later, they had diagnosed it as worn wheel bearing and hub, reviewed with me on the phone what was needed, and they had it ready by mid-day. At check out, I simply asked how the problem could occur and after the service mgr reviewed the work and realized my warranty was expired but the car had very low mileage, they told me it was going to be covered by Toyota. I did not expect this kindness despite the fact the car was a 2011 and had never had one problem; I was very pleased. It sent me clear signal that both Toyota and this dealer was focused on ensuring it's customers are well taken care of long after the sale. I can't say enough good things about the service I got here. Even though it is highly unlikely that I would buy another Toyota Tundra, the service I have received at Toyota of Braintree is second to none.Toyota Even though it is highly unlikely that I would buy another Toyota Tundra, the service I have received at Toyota of Braintree is second to none.Toyota of Braintree is one of the best dealers I have done business with since I have owned my Tundra. Allow me to explain. The check engine light had come on and my right side brake needed to be replaced. I tried replacing the brake light myself only to find that all four brake bolts were rusted to the point where I could not replace the light. Also I was told it was going to be a fee to have the check engine light diagnosed. So with that feeling of dread I headed to Toyota of Braintree on Friday, March 28th 2014 to get this all fixed. I pulled up early Friday morning and was immediately met by a porter who took my information and walked me into meet the service advisor. This happens every time I come for service. I like this because I have to catch the train from Braintree, and I can't afford to be kept waiting. It is a nice feeling to know my time is valuable. I was met by Amanda F, and asked why I was there today. Usually its just an oil change, but today, I need an oil change, brake light replacement and check engine light serviced. I explained that I tried to replace the brake light myself and couldn't believe that the bolts rusted on a truck like this when my brother's GM and Fords brake light bolts haven't rusted like mine. She told me she would look at it and get back to me. I walked to the Braintree station and went to work. At 11 AM I got a call from Amanda saying the brake light was fixed, the oil change would be completed by the afternoon. The check engine light was due to air pumps that needed to be replaced. The pumps were going to be replaced for free because of the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. There would be no charge for the diagnostic, labor or parts. Nice. Amanda asked me to bring the truck in the following Monday and the pumps would be installed then. I walked to the dealer to get my truck and saw it outside. I decided to see how the bolts were removed since I didn't have the tools. Imagine my surprise to see all four brake light cowling bolts replaced with rust proof bolts. I was pretty stoked, I could see that when the brake lights needed replacing in the future it wouldn't be a problem to do it myself. A simple thing to be sure, but I know alot of places that would have just replaced the two bolts. I took my truck back Monday and again, I got the same treatment when I dropped off and picked up my truck. I got the same professional courtesy and treatment from all the Toyota of Braintree staff, and Amanda took the time to explain what was done to my truck. It may not seem like a big deal to most people, but in an age where you don't have to look someone in the eye to get service it is nice to see that an organization puts effort into fostering a culture of exceeding customer expectations. Keep up the good work Toyota of Braintree, and thanks Amanda for taking good care of me and my truck. More

This Toyota dealership has top quality repair technicians and facilities for everyone including their customers. But what makes this dealership really work for me is the service writers always take care of m and facilities for everyone including their customers. But what makes this dealership really work for me is the service writers always take care of me, quickly, professionally, and with kindness from whatever mindset I am coming at them with. Sometimes I know exactly what I need for service and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I have all the time in the world to discuss my service needs and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I am frazzled and sometimes I am clear. This morning I didn't have time to wait and I just dumped my car and keys in the parking lot and they called me later on to ask what services I needed. They always make me feel like a valued customer. While the service prices are standard dealership level/book prices, the service is top notch and my experience has been that they ALWAYS get the work done no later and for no more cost than what they say they will. My car is always running perfect when I drive away. I highly recommend that you consider this dealership for your service needs. More
