I purchased my RAV4 in February 2013. In June 2013 I began hearing a "clicking" sound in the steering wheel whenever I made a turn. I was very concerned and contacted the dealership to explain the problem I was having. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kenny Tempro who assured me that it was safe to drive the vehicle and that he would schedule a service call for me to bring in my vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership for my appointment, Kenny met me at the door, drove my car into service and escorted me to meet with service representative, Brian Linn. I was a little nervous because I was not sure how to explain the problem the vehicle was having, other than that there was a "clicking" sound. Kenny took charge and explained the problem to Brian which put me at ease. Brian assured me that the problem will be taken care of. He also informed me that my vehicle was due for it's ("her") first maintenance checkup and that it will be taken care of also. Within a few hours I was back in my vehicle, there was no "clicking" sound, and it did not cost me anything. That's the way I like it. Thank you Kenny and Brian for your patience and excellent customer service. Kenny, the VIP treatment was very much appreciated. More

It started 2 years ago with my first Brand New car purchase, in anticipation of our first child, my wife and I were looking to move into a safe and reliable SUV. We visited a number of dealerships, went on countless test drives for different vehicles but could not pull the trigger on a decision. On a Saturday visit to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree we met Ryan Tierney and after a short conversation with him we felt at ease. Ryan was professional, courteous and very thorough, after a couple hours of test drives and numerous questions we were ready to make the purchase. Ryan, Mike and Carlos made the whole process easy and stress free. With confidence we have recommended Ryan and the team at Tufankjian Toyota to multiple friends and family who have all enjoyed the same friendly and professional service. On a routine service visit last week, the great customer service continued, even 2 years later Ryan remembered who I was and after some conversation I found myself searching the new Highlander inventory. Today I drove home a new 2013 Highlander, and was able to work with Ryan and John Celesk to finalize the deal. while going over the paperwork and options with John who was incredibly detailed and organized, Ryan was hard at work reinstalling my child's car seat in the new vehicle. Mr. Agostino went above and beyond to help reassure and expedite service for a computer chip issue in my best friend's 2012 4-Runner that was purchased at this dealership. Unfortunately, the staff within t expedite service for a computer chip issue in my best friend's 2012 4-Runner that was purchased at this dealership. Unfortunately, the staff within their service center were unable to tell my best friend what had intitally caused this problem and whether it was something serious such as a potential recall or if there was any technical service bulletin (TSB) issued about it; this vehicle is nearly brand new, so it contines to bother me that it happened in the first place. Toyota Care warranty service program took nearly five hours to tow his truck to this dealership, covering only the first 30 miles of the trip, so after a precarious and highly stressful day of getting stranded on the highway upon repeated stalling, followed by several calls and waiting five hours for the Toyota Care program call center to get its act together, it was such a terrific relief to witness someone finally treating my best friend like the loyal customer and all-around awesome guy he is --- that someone was Mr. Agostino at Tufankjian Toyota. I'm extremely grateful he was able to put him at ease; I could not recommend a kinder and more efficient rep. More

Brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna to get 3 things done on June 16th: routine maintenance, fix a faulty sliding door and get the interior detailed. 4 hours later (Saturday without my minivan) - they called me June 16th: routine maintenance, fix a faulty sliding door and get the interior detailed. 4 hours later (Saturday without my minivan) - they called me up and said they can only do the maintenance and asked if I could bring my car back some other day. They were unapologetic and even rude. Never said 'hi' at reception or 'sorry' when they couldn't get the things done - when I spoke with the service manager at pick-up, his response was "I am only in charge of the service dept. and can't speak for the detailing". I really didn't like the attitude of this place and will never bring my car back for service because they simply don't have respect for my time. More
