Toyota of Braintree - Service Center

The service department is the worst mechanic I have ever been to. I had my car towed here after it stalled on the highway and the service advisor I worked with was totally unresponsive and never followed th been to. I had my car towed here after it stalled on the highway and the service advisor I worked with was totally unresponsive and never followed through with anything he said he would do. They also did not fix the issue. The service people just cleared the codes and gave my car back to me knowing that my car was liable to stall again on the highway leaving me in a life-threatening situation. I took the car to Parkway Toyota in Dedham the day after getting it back and they fixed it that day by replacing the catalytic converter and I have had no issues since. More

I have been a customer of Bob’s and Toyota of Braintree for almost 10 years. Bob will bend over backwards to make sure you have the car that you want at the best price possible.
