He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. I had a flat tire a few weeks ago, and Josh and Bella helped take care of it and repaired my tire. Went in for service yesterday and stumbled on a used vehicle. Nick helped me out and we went for a test drive. I loved the vehicle and it was priced extremely well. Went here for my 25,000 mile service on the 2021 Highlander I lease and was looking for a new Toyota dealership to work with later next year to swap our car for a new lease on a 2023 Highlander. I was extremely satisfied with the professional expertise of technician Dan Erickson who took care of the service of our vehicle! While waiting I chatted with salesperson Bonnie Stone who went over what needed to be done next year when we are ready for a new lease. It was a most pleasurable conversation we had and I am excited to bring my wife to Napleton to continue our 33 year relationship we’ve had with the Toyota family! More
