Toyota of Brookfield is proud to be a part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group - a growing organization with more than 74 franchises in seven states. Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. There was an ad online for a car in our price range. Drive there on a Sunday to look. The car is no where to be found. Called them on Monday and the lady told us it’s available. She asked us what time would we like to go and look. We scheduled for 6:30pm. Got there around 6:30 that evening and no one came to help us. We drove around and saw the car in the back behind the building. Didn’t look like the car went through inspections yet. It didn’t have a sales tag on it. We drove around to the front and my husband went inside to get help. He was told the car is not ready. They wasted our time driving out there twice. Three days later Bryan the sales man called us to go look at the car. We scheduled a time of 6:30pm. Before we left the house the price on the car went up almost $2,000. We called and left a voicemail for Bryan. He called us back and advised us that the price went up due to what was done to the car. Why would you lie in the first place about the price of the car. Second the car was ready to be shown but you tell customers to come in. When the customer showed up you are no where to be found for your 6:30 appointment. Stop wasting people’s time for a quick sale. Your reputation and integrity should be your biggest concern not making a quick dollar. Never will I buy from them. Looks like money hungry people. Your phone operator says you care about your customer and you are family owned. Do something about it, obviously this was our first contact with you guys and it’s beyond disbelief that a dealer as big as yours have no integrity and professionalism. If I could give you a zero I would!! More

I started my search for a new vehicle in late March 2019 through Costco's auto-progr Ryan Sayers and Toyota of Brookfield were fantastic to work with. I started my search for a new vehicle in late March 2019 through Costco's auto-program. I was paired up through that program with Ryan and could not be happier. He was extremely kind, courteous, gracious and patient. I was originally looking for a truck but ended up revising my search over many, many, many months and LOTS of test drives on a brand new Hybrid Rav-4. As I stated, I started the search in late March 2019 and just bought the new car on November 18th (8 months later). Ryan never blinked, lost his patience or got frustrated with me and my deliberation with this decision. He knew I was taking my time and never once pressured me or hounded me with emails, calls, etc. But when I did contact him with questions or wanting to take yet another vehicle for a test drive, he was always right there for me. I love the new car and my experience with him and Toyota of Brookfield was top notch. I will be back when we get a new car for my wife. Thanks Ryan! More
