I had gone to two other Toyota dealerships in the area, that same day. Both wanted to give me the standard "car sales bull crap".Basically we'll take your trade in for free, you pay us top dollar for the T that same day. For about a month, I had been researching online for a used RAV 4; found two interesting ones in the Milwaukee area. I knew the Jack Safro dealership and remembered it as having a good reputation. I met Mary, did a test drive and bought it that day. I believe I got a fair trade in, a good price on my new purchase, secured decent financing thanks to Cathy in the loan department, and was able to drive it home that day. I left feeling like I got a good deal for a vehicle I absolutely enjoy driving. Buying a car has always been an uncomfortable experience. Mary made the experience very pleasant, comfortable and fun. Mary was so helpful, and the dealership's inventory so good, that my wife was also able to find just the new vehicle she had been looking for, a Chevy SUV. Since our purchase we have both been extremely satisfied with our vehiles' performance and value. We feel we got an excellent deal, and didn't have to give away our first born to get it done (we tried, but they wouldn't take her!). Seriously, I have encouraged all of my friends, family, and co-workers to check out Jack Saffro when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle, and ask for Mary Dixon. She is fantastic! More
