I’m giving this dealership 5 stars and it’s because of service representative Bella. We had a complicated issue with our 2017 Tacoma. This involved getting the correct diagnosis, dealing with an extended service representative Bella. We had a complicated issue with our 2017 Tacoma. This involved getting the correct diagnosis, dealing with an extended warranty (outside warranty) and their warranty inspector, multiple phone calls, arranging a rental car and just a lot of work. She got it all done, even taking our phone call on her day off. This level of attention is rare these days. Got the truck back and running great. More
