I brought my Toyota in for service and had the pleasure of having Josh Dale be my serivce person. He was very helpful and kept me informed on everything. He explained to me at 30,000 my oil changes were not covered under Toyota Care Ser Contract anymore. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Ask for Joshua Dale is was great. More
I purchased my 2021 Venza around February of 2021. I also purchased an extended warranty and decided to have all my service done by Brookfield Toyota. During the 2 years, they have maintained my car perfectly. The service was so good, last year i purchased and additional maintenance service contract. With Brookfield Toyota I have had 2 or 3 different service writers and all of them have treated me with respect and care. After every service, they have called me to ask how my service has gone. More

Bri Braun was the only person to fight for me during a month of increasingly farcical avoidance tactics employed by Ford and the local Ford dealership I purchased a used Toyota Camry from. Ford sold me th month of increasingly farcical avoidance tactics employed by Ford and the local Ford dealership I purchased a used Toyota Camry from. Ford sold me the car, which needed a minor, but expensive repair they said they couldn't perform. They promised it would be covered under Ford's certified warranty program though. But Ford's technicians and warranty department were determined to stonewall us at every turn. Bri kept on them, spending hours and hours on hold, making literally dozens of calls to every new number they tried to reroute us to. It took over a week before Ford's warranty department relented. Bri never pressured me to give up and remained diligent in securing the authorization for repairs Ford should have done before they sold me the car. Bri was a true advocate and ally in this battle against an obtuse insurance behemoth, and in doing so, earned my respect and thanks for herself, her department, and Toyota of Brookfield. More
