The best Service department. I switched after more then 20 yrs with Round Rock Toyota. They disappointed me so many times. All advisors and managers have left and new ones seem n I switched after more then 20 yrs with Round Rock Toyota. They disappointed me so many times. Used car division is shady at best. Sold me a vehicle with known hail damage/did not disclose damages. hail is hard to see but is there. Management is terrible- if you want to be treated poorly shop there. sales people are lackluster- disappointed with salespeople that do not fight for their customers for the best deal. All talk. More

We had a great experience buying a used 4Runner last night from Cedar Park. James Guignard was our sales guy and he could not have been nicer! He was honest and so very patient. Rodney Flood helped us in finance and he made the whole experience fun! I was so apprehensive about looking for a car and going through all the back and forth and we didn't have to with these guys.
