Best truck buying experience I’ve ever had, by far! I live over 2 hours away and I had narrowed my desired truck down to one specific rig with exact model and trim. Belinda was incredibly friendly an I live over 2 hours away and I had narrowed my desired truck down to one specific rig with exact model and trim. Belinda was incredibly friendly and very informative over the phone on the truck they currently had in stock and she provided videos and photos to confirm everything before I made the long trip to Toyota of Cedar Park. I arrived and walked in to find the most incredible showroom that felt more like a lobby of an upscale resort. I was assisted by John who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Once John helped me confirm in person that this truck was exactly what I was looking for, I went in to review all of the paperwork with the final numbers which is where I was expecting to see all of the hidden fees and dealer add-ons. Over the last week I had passed up and walked out of two different dealerships because of their undisclosed dealer fees and unwanted add-ons that they said they “couldn’t remove because they weren’t making any money on this truck.” Alex was different. He walked me through the “optional” products and services that they offer, and didn’t pressure or force me into any of them. I actually decided to add an extended warranty that was very affordable and I feel great about it. He was very understanding of my previous experiences with the last 2 dealerships and was extremely patient with all of my questions and reservations. I can’t fully express my gratitude for Alex, John, Belinda and the ownership that have built the team and the entire experience at Toyota of Cedar Park.
