My car had been finished and sitting there for more than 20 minutes, yet the employee handling my service k checkout experience was very frustrating. My car had been finished and sitting there for more than 20 minutes, yet the employee handling my service kept walking past me and helping other customers instead of checking me out or finding someone else who could. I ended up waiting an extra 20+ minutes just to get my keys and leave, even though the work on my car was already done. I understand that dealerships get busy, but if one employee is tied up, another team member should be able to help a customer whose vehicle is ready. The unnecessary wait made an otherwise simple service visit much more frustrating than it needed to be. More
