Toyota of Cedar Park has a terrific team in Josh and Donovan! I just moved to Austin two weeks ago and my son moved here about nine months ago so we really didn’t know the area. However, Josh patientl Donovan! I just moved to Austin two weeks ago and my son moved here about nine months ago so we really didn’t know the area. However, Josh patiently talked us through the directions and reassured us it was o.k. getting there at 6:45. When we got there, we met Donovan who took me on my 1st RAV4 test drive. He knew my focus was on safety so though he touched on other perks, he emphasized the safety features. He was enthusiastic,(you could tell he loved what he was doing) and patient with all our questions. He was also patient and understanding throughout the negotiations on the sale price. To top it all off, he and Josh took the time to actually drive my new car to me after it was detailed! Kudos to Toyota of Cedar Park for being smart enough to recognize such talent and dedication in these two fine young men. More
