Billy was very helpful and friendly. I can absolutely recommend him to help with the sales part of buying a car. However, my issues started as I left the dealership at night and turned the headlights on, one of the headlights was out. Disappointed but understanding, I brought the car back to be serviced 2 days later. The insane amount of miscommunication and being passed around to so many different people made this part of my car buying experience really disappointing. The service was done very quickly, but the miscommunications made getting my car back was more difficult than it needed to be. Ultimately, I was helped and got my car in a timely manner, but it would have been nice to have not have had to have any issues to deal with after purchasing the car. More
