I was able to schedule my service with one call. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted promptly. My service agent arrived within a few minutes. He explained how they would text me with the service report/ recording of the inspection. My vehicle was finished in under one hr ( beating the estimate by 30 minutes). I understood the inspection report but had a question on the crates of brake pad wear which he answered. My car was also washed. I appreciated that he had pointed out both waiting areas ( very clean and nice snack bar, facilities). I liked being able to view the recorded inspection. Overall -excellent customer service and professional service work!! More

Cedar Park Toyota was a great place to shop for a vehicle. I started inquiring for the 4Runner on their website. Immediately I got a call from Doug Newton I guess he takes care of all the internet i vehicle. I started inquiring for the 4Runner on their website. He got me setup for an appointment and hook me up with Elijah Jackson. When we arrived at the dealership I was impressed at the friendliness of the people that works there also the dealership is huge!!! Anyway, we informed Elijah about the vehicle that we want. He explained that there’s one available but the exterior color is not what we want. Elijah showed us the vehicle anyway and had us drove it around the parking lot. At first we are not interested but when Elijah came back to us with the numbers on our trade in it was a no brainer. We agreed to purchase the vehicle and all these times we did not feel any pressure from anyone. Elijah made our buying experience a great one.
