A young fellow took us through the details of the car itself and we felt informed and our questioned were effectively answered. I really enjoyed the guy who guided us through the paperwork and felt he worked in our behalf getting us the best finance package he could. All in all, one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. Made an appointment to service my SUV, it needed an oil change, tire rotation and inspect a parking break noise. once I arrived, I was told I would need to drop it off, it would not be ready that day. I drove from Killeen,Tx, and was not told I would have to leave my vehicle at the shop when I made my appointment. I was told I could rent a car from Toyota for $75.00 per day. I rented it. It turned out I was called with in a few hours saying my SUV was ready for Pick up. All the work was complete except they looked at but didn’t fix the parking break issue. My complaint is I could have waited for my SUV until the parking brake was inspected, and would not have needed to rent a vehicle for several hours and I could have saved time and money in rental fees. More
