I live in Kerrville, and usually it’s not difficult to find a certain type of vehicle in San Antonio. For me, that was to find a clean, mildly used (2018-19) Toyota Tundra with low miles. They had them, but they were all TSS versions (across 4 dealerships!) At TCP, I found exactly what I was looking for, and the price was right. The sales rep, Alex, was patient, personable, helpful, and very understanding. There was great selection at TCP. Completing paperwork was a breeze, and they found a better finance deal for me (1.94%) than I had going in (pre-approved for 2.1% w/my credit union). I cannot remember the finance guy’s name, but he was just as patient, helpful, and understanding as Alex. Clean store, great staff, great selection, fair used vehicle pricing—that’s pretty much how I found CPT to be. HOWEVER, I must say that I was undercut on my trade-in by AT LEAST $1,500. I’m not happy about that. But since you asked for my opinions and comments, there you go (otherwise, I’d give them 5 stars). More
