Steve Croll was the only one available at the parking lot on Christmas Eve 2020, he was helping someone else when we’ve approached him and asked about the dealership working hours, he was very helpful and to on Christmas Eve 2020, he was helping someone else when we’ve approached him and asked about the dealership working hours, he was very helpful and took us to that specific car type lot and went through the differences in class, we have agreed to meet the Saturday after Christmas. Though we were thinking of other two brand options, but we have decided to close any deal with Steve because of his availability while everybody else, including our selves, enjoining the holiday at home with our loved ones. Steve welcomed me on Saturday and he was accompanied with his team leader, Roger Mehr, Just like Steve, Roger was very helpful, informative and service oriented. On my way back, I noticed small cosmetic defect on the hood, I returned back to Steve and Roger and I can’t say but they handled the issue professionally and escalated to Sales Director, Jason Laguna. Jason was very kind to offer better alternative option with same price! I can’t be more satisfied. Thanks for all of you Toyota of Cedar park sales team and to Jay from Finance. I don’t give an easy 5 stars but with such wonderful experience I would be more than happy to recommend Steve and the dealership to my friends and relatives. I am overall happy with my experience. My only comment is that if you are going to advertise that you can "buy online" we need to be able to accomplish more remotely.
