Ron Pilz is the only reason we came back to Toyota Cedar Park. He is helpful, knowledgable, honest and kind. This is the 3rd car that we leased from Toyota Cedar Park and the second through Ron. He goes the Park. He is helpful, knowledgable, honest and kind. This is the 3rd car that we leased from Toyota Cedar Park and the second through Ron. He goes the extra mile in making sure we not only get the car we want but ensuring that we are satisfied with the financing options. The dealership itself could do with some improvement. Sales people standing by on their phones and looking bored or bad-mouthing colleagues loudly by the entrance is unprofessional to say the least. Oswaldo Ramirez was the finance manager who helped us this time and it was clear that he was not comfortable handling leases and he said so more than once. I understand this can be complicated and Oswaldo did his best. I noticed that an optional tire warranty had been tacked on to the lease and the one-pay amount was lower than the total lease payment I had agreed to. I said I don't want the tire protection - just the lease and he said that it added up to the monthly figure I was ok with and that it came as a package deal from Toyota Financing and could not be removed. When I pointed out that it said optional on the paperwork and that the total amount due did not require that to be paid, he just said that it was not an option and had trouble explaining it to me clearly. I ended up signing and accepting it because I got the tire warranty along with the car - at the price I had asked for. However, the choice of deciding on the tire warranty should have been mine to make - not something that was forced as part of the lease. This is for Toyota Financing to address. Who charges 2% to use your credit card? And why is there a 10K limit on CC transactions? I ended up using my debit card to avoid the fees, but this is beyond ridiculous. Another reason why the dealership gets such a low rating. I wanted a front and rear dashcam installed (thanks to Alyssa for explaining options) and called the accessories department at 10 am on Saturday - 2 days after I got the car and was told that the floor employee would be in at 1 pm and the manager was the only one who can schedule installation appointments and he would not be in until Monday. This is a flawed workflow and could be costing the dealership money since most people shop for cars over the weekend. Even if having an employee on site is expensive, at least scheduling needs to be enabled. To sum it up, I prefer working with Don Hewlett Chevrolet and the only reason I came back to Toyota Cedar Park is Ron Pilz. Thanks Ron! More

I purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra from Toyota of Cedar Park after being provided with a Carfax report showing no accident history. Based on the information available to me at the time, I believed I was pu Park after being provided with a Carfax report showing no accident history. Based on the information available to me at the time, I believed I was purchasing a vehicle with a clean history and paid what I believed was fair market value. After the purchase, I obtained additional vehicle history information indicating the truck had multiple prior accidents that were not reflected on the Carfax report I received. Had I known that information before buying the truck, I would not have purchased it at that price. I returned to the dealership multiple times, shared the information I had found, and tried to resolve the matter directly before pursuing legal action. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a resolution. I later filed a small claims lawsuit. The court ultimately ruled in the dealership’s favor based on the “as-is” purchase agreement. Although I respect the court’s decision, I remain disappointed that we could not resolve the issue before it reached litigation. My experience did not meet the level of customer service I expected, and for that reason I cannot recommend this dealership based on my personal experience. More
I had a wonderful experience. Gabby was great to work with and I’ve already recommend her to a few friends in the market. Gabby was great to work with and I’ve already recommend her to a few friends in the market. More

I dropped off my car for a "appointment" and was told the service could take a day and that I need to leave the car over night. Then I was called after I got home and told the service team won't even start o service could take a day and that I need to leave the car over night. Then I was called after I got home and told the service team won't even start on it for 3 days. I don't know what the whole use of an appointment is. They may think it's a valid argument to say that we told you it's only for drop off, but think about what that means for the customer. Esp., if I have to stay without a car for 4, 5 days. At a minimum, I should have been told that they can't start working on it for 3 days, before I was sent home, which is 30 min away. The Service agent was very confrontative when I brought up my concerns and when I asked if I could at least get the NACS cable, since I already wasted all this time. Other service agents were very helpful and courteous on my previous visits. More
