Excellent Experience when I least expected it! I had to take my car in for (quite a few) recalls. From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I picked up my car the next day, I felt like I I had to take my car in for (quite a few) recalls. From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I picked up my car the next day, I felt like I was informed at every step and truly valued as a customer. I was immediately greeted by Jeanine and WOW what a great lady! Super personable through the entire process with every call to update me and even when saying goodbye! The video sent to me by the auto tech was the most helpful thing I have ever received when having a vehicle serviced.....I actually understood what they were recommending to be fixed because I could actually SEE it! Upon calling after viewing the video, Jeanine was able to tell me all pricing and wasn't pushy about what I should and shouldn't get fixed. The next day, Jeanine called me in the morning to let me know my vehicle was ready. You could hear the smile on her face! It was awesome. I showed up, turned in the car they lent me, and Jeanine checked me out. The whole check in and check out process were each less that ten minutes each but it made huge impact!.......and my car rides great now! Keep up the good work Toyota of Cedar Park! More

Awesome Service from Beginning to End I wanted to take a moment and let you know what an awesome experience my wife and I had at Toyota of Cedar Park. From the beginning to the end of the I wanted to take a moment and let you know what an awesome experience my wife and I had at Toyota of Cedar Park. From the beginning to the end of the entire buying process the service and professionalism of everyone we met was world-class. Beginning with our sales person, Derrick Berry. Derrick spent several hours with us as we looked at several different vehicles trying to narrow our choice down. During all this time, he never pressured us, or made us feel that we were wasting his time. My wife and I have bought a great many vehicles over the course of the years, and Derrick was by far one of the best sales people we have ever dealt with. When it comes time to look for another car, we will be giving Derrick a call. Our next stop was with the finance department, and once again Dave Kerr provided another world class experience. Never felt rushed or pressured to buy any add ons, or extras with Dave. He did a great job of helping us thru the whole process. Last, but certainly not least, was Samantha Hertzler. As I mentioned earlier we have bought numerous vehicles, including Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes, and have never had a delievery experience that we had with Sam. She took the time to go thru everything on the vehicle with my wife to make sure she understood all the cool features and gadgets it has. Honestly, we were in a hurry to leave, or I believe Sam would have spent a great deal more time with us…we kind of rushed her thru the process. Sam was definitely world class as well. My hope is that you guys continue to grow, but never lose this level of service and professionalism that we experienced during our car buy process. More

He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle and negotiated the price that we are willing to offer. He also researched and helped to add all the bells whistles to the base LE model within my budget. I highly recommend his expertise and customer satisfying qualities to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Toyota Finance options are great too. They gave the best interest rate with 0 down payment. Car buying was never that easy and fantastic experience. Way to go Patrick and the entire team. Awesome job!!! More
