I had a fantastic experience at Toyota of Cedar Park! Overall it was a very “low pressure” dealership; my wife and I felt like we were fully assisted in the vehicle buying process but never felt like we Overall it was a very “low pressure” dealership; my wife and I felt like we were fully assisted in the vehicle buying process but never felt like we were being forced into any vehicle in particular. I worked very closely with Coco, who is a phenomenal guide. He made us feel like he was on our side the whole way - in stark contrast to the bad dealerships where salesmen are total sharks and act like adversaries. On the first day we didn’t find exactly what we needed, but at my request Coco and I kept in contact via text until a deal was pretty much done! Also, if Coco didn’t know the answer to a very specific question (which is understandable when you’re working with hundreds of models and trims), he immediately sought out someone who did and got me the info almost instantly. There were multiple subject-matter experts on hand who knew all things Toyota - which sounds like it should be a given - but many dealerships lack. We are super happy with our purchase, and Coco went above and beyond until the very end to make sure every detail was perfect before we drove off the lot. I’d buy another car from Coco if I needed one! And a last note to customers: be prepared for some upselling during the paperwork process by the back office folks. They offer a lot of parts and warranties that could be valuable to some, but for us it was an hour of saying “no, thank you” at the end of an otherwise streamlined process. More
