I must say I have never been so at ease going thru the car buying process. Roger knew every detail about the vehicles we looked at and I have NEVER had a salesman do such a through job explaining the opti car buying process. He even stayed late on a Saturday to make it happen. From the beginning Greg listened to what I wanted in a new car (2012 Camry Hybrid), what I wanted to pay for it and what I wanted for trade on my 2011 Mercedes SUV. I didn't make it easy for Greg. In the end, I got it all. They didn't have my car on the lot; however, he told me they would get it. That they did...all the way from Kentucky. Greg even coordinated having the windows tinted and the spoiler put on in time for my scheduled pickup. I am 100% pleased with Greg, the dealership and Karen (business manager). Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home. I never felt rushed or pressured. I picked up my car yesterday and Greg explained all the features and helped me sync my phone with the car. He took his time and answered all my questions. This morning Greg called to make sure I was happy and that everything was ok with the car.
