I bought two new vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland and from Gregg Bain. Both experiences were awesome! I found my 2005 Toyota Avalon using various search engines, the one I puchased came up twice. I live in Memphis, TN and traveled 6 hours to Cleveland, TN. It took less than an hour for me to test drive and complete paperwork. I had one key when I left the dealership. Greg called to inform me that he received the additional key and the valet key. Great customer service, he is sending the extra set via FedEx. Everyone I interacted with was very professional. Cedric was able to meet the price point I needed. I WAS REFERRED TO TOYOTA OF CLEVELAND BY A FRIEND WHO HAD PURCHASED A CAR THERE. SHE TOLD ME TO SEE GREGG BAIN THAT HE WAS A VERY HONEST SALES PERSON SO HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. He was very Friendly and not pushy at all. End Note: 1. Very Comfortable atmosphere and Friendly Sales People. 2. I have bought 2 new vehicles in the past seven days. I bought a Nissan last week and a Toyota today. For the most part I expect negotiation on price and trade values. By the time the car and trade prices are agreed upon it would be nice if the financing aspect was as simple as sign, pay and drive away. I get tired of the pressure to buy GAP insurance, add an extended warranty and pay for maintenance cost up front, etc...., especially when I tell the financing person up front that I want nothing but the car and the factory warranty. Instead I have to sit there and listen to what seems to be an endless pitch to get me to spend more money. It truly takes a good experience of getting a new car, and knocks it down a notch. I guess the almighty dollar is more important than listening to the customer when they say they are not interested in extras. More
We did not plan to purchase a car that day. But Kyle Armao was most helpful and let us test drive a Camry and Prius to make up our minds as to what we needed. He explained the differences between the cars and understood our need enough to say "Prius is your best fit, but I will be happy to call and see if I can locate a Camry Hybrid for you". He was not a pressure type saleperson which we appreciated. However, because they only had a limited number of Priuses on the lot and had the 2011 model specially priced we did purchase a Prius on our visit. Kyle was very thorough in his explanation of the Prius and how the options worked, etc. Our total visit lasted 4 hours and Kyle stayed with us the entire time to be sure everything was to suit us. Jon Bussey did the final paper work and he also was very patient with our questions and was very fast in finishing up all the paperwork. If you are interested in a Toyota, I would recommend Toyota of Cleveland and a saleperson named Kyle Armao. More

In November, I was shopping for my first SUV and I used Toyota of Cleveland's website to find the perfect used 2011 Ford Escape. Using their website was the first part of my great experience because they include nice photographs of each vehicle along with the prices and details so you know exactly what to expect when you get to the dealership. I made contact with my wonderful salesperson, PETE GREEDN and I was able to meet him and test drive the vehicle the same day. I was pleasantly surprised that Pete could answer every question I had about the SUV, especially since it was a Ford product and he worked at a Toyota dealership. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I visited the dealer on a saturday and by Monday afternoon, I was driving my new car home. So to wrap up, if you are looking for a new Toyota or a used vehicle by another brand, make a trip over to Toyota of Cleveland. They will definitely treat you well. More
We travelled from the Atlanta area to this dealership to look at a vehicle we had seen online. We called ahead to insure the vehicle was there and when we arrived, it was at the front door waiting. Ryan showed me a great area to test drive, stuck with us with all of our questions, and sent us to Karen to see if she could find a better deal than the loan we walked in with. She got us a better loan with lower payments which included a warranty. I love my new car and feel that this was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Well worth the almost 100 miles we had to drive to get the car. More
