She got us a better loan with lower payments which included a warranty. I love my new car and feel that this was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. I had been wanting a Solara convertible since last fall. I've had the Solara for a week now and love the color and the way the car rides. It has plenty of power and rides very quietly and smooth. Gregg listened attentively and carefully as we looked at different trucks. I wanted a truck, but also wanted a car this time and was not sure which to purchase. I was thrown into needing a vehicle right now, having totaled my truck on black ice. Gregg showed us several trucks that may fit our needs. We left and a couple days later my wife called and asked about a truck she had seen there. Gregg checked on it promptly, but it was not 4WD - which I did want. Just as my wife put the phone down, Gregg called back and said, "I think I know just what you want!" He said a "used FJ Cruiser came in just the night before. It's something like a truck, but something like a car." We went down to test drive it and loved it. However, we requested to also see a new FJ Cruiser as well. We bought it that night. Gregg Bain was not only honest, attentive and very down to earth, but he really wanted to see us find just the right vehicle for us. He took a lot of time to explain what each vehicle had on it. Overall, we are exceedingly pleased with this dealership. I purchased my wife a vehicle about a year ago from Toyota of Cleveland. Bought a new car here over a year ago and it was all positive. We were in the market for a used vehicle. Had been looking online and found a great deal at another Toyota dealership. Called about it, went to look at it and then was told it sold. Found the same vehicle add "for sale" again on their website two weeks later. Needless to say it was a lead add and a lie and there was no way we were going to do business with them. We were also looking at Toyota of Cleveland's website. We had to travel further, but it was worth it. We called and told them what we were interested in. Brad Doty had the vehicle waiting and it was just what they advertised.
