Gregg Bain is by far the friendliest, hassle-free sales rep I have ever encountered. Hands down this is the best car buying experience of my life! I can't say enough about it. Greg was awesome to work with and I recommend him to anyone looking for a car. We will definitely be back to see him when my husband is ready to buy a truck. I called Toyota of Cleveland based on previous reviews and asked for Greg. From the beginning Greg listened to what I wanted in a new car (2012 Camry Hybrid), what I wanted to pay for it and what I wanted for trade on my 2011 Mercedes SUV. I didn't make it easy for Greg. In the end, I got it all. They didn't have my car on the lot; however, he told me they would get it. That they did...all the way from Kentucky. Greg even coordinated having the windows tinted and the spoiler put on in time for my scheduled pickup. I am 100% pleased with Greg, the dealership and Karen (business manager). Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home. I never felt rushed or pressured. I picked up my car yesterday and Greg explained all the features and helped me sync my phone with the car. He took his time and answered all my questions. This morning Greg called to make sure I was happy and that everything was ok with the car. Thank you Greg for the wonderful car buying experience everyone should have. You have a new customer for life. More

Dave Mason is a great sales person. He explained our vehicle to us and let us drive the vehicle home to make sure it fit in the garage. We also took it to lunch because after shopping for cars all day vehicle to us and let us drive the vehicle home to make sure it fit in the garage. We also took it to lunch because after shopping for cars all day we were just worn out and very hungary. We like the Sienna Limited van so much that we purchased it the same day. While i have normally purchased the Prius, the van is a perfect second car for our retirement plans. It is very roomy and comfortable for long trips and weekends. Dave was very helpful and followed up with us after the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the car and helped up program in our cell phone addresses. He came to our house and programed the garage door to work with the car. My wife and i just can't say enough about this young man. He was really helpful and i even took my prius (which i have owned for three years) and he programed the cell phone to work with that car too. Thankyou Dave for a very wonderful car buying experince. In the past, our experience with car dealerships and salespeople has usually been unpleasant. The dread of being met by a pushy salesman with a lack of product knowledge, "haggling" over the price requi salespeople has usually been unpleasant. The dread of being met by a pushy salesman with a lack of product knowledge, "haggling" over the price requiring numerous consults with a manager, and a finance department that spends lots of time pushing the extended warranties has truly been the reason we postpone shopping for a new car. Our experience with Toyota of Cleveland was completely different. Our salesman, Dave Mason, was very professional, personable, informed, and genuinely interested in meeting our needs. He listened to what we wanted in a car and then patiently assisted us in evaluating the 4-Runner and Highlander SUVs. We decided to purchase a 2012 4-Runner. Dave was able to answer all of our questions and when it came to the price, it only took ONE meeting with his manager to establish what we felt was a "fair" price. Since purchasing the car, Dave even followed up with phone calls to see if we had any new questions - which we did. He provided helpful information that made us even more comfortable with the functionality of the car. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Cleveland and certainly Dave Mason to anyone who was in the market for a Toyota. More
