We just picked up our new RAV4 Hybrid. Even better, this vehicle was produced at the Toyota plant in Georgetown, Kentucky. Time from order to receipt of the vehicle was about a month, and our salesman, Jimmie Gile kept us updated on the progress frequently. The only negative about this transaction was that we had to drive over 100 miles round trip, twice, to complete the purchase. I would gladly do this again. ⚠️ Warning: Do NOT go to Toyota of Cool Springs! ⚠️ I traded in my 2023 Tundra 1794 for a2025 RAV4 while waiting on recall service. The next day I tried to cancel, but the dealership refused. The ⚠️ I traded in my 2023 Tundra 1794 for a2025 RAV4 while waiting on recall service. The next day I tried to cancel, but the dealership refused. They marked up my Tundra by $5,000 and said I’d have to buy it back at the higher price plus taxes and fees. They also told me I’d have to pay all dealer fees again if I wanted to switch back. In the end, they only offered to buy back the RAV4 if I agreed to lose another $5,000 in fees — and I’d still have to wait 2–3 weeks for a check. In just ONE day, I lost thousands while they profited. This dealership does not stand behind its deals and takes advantage of customers. More
