Kenny Eastman was great as were other members of the Toyota of Cool Springs team with which I interacted. Jason Han helped located the vehicle as it was still in production and Kenny emailed me every fe Toyota of Cool Springs team with which I interacted. Jason Han helped located the vehicle as it was still in production and Kenny emailed me every few days as we waited a few weeks for my 2022 RAV4 AWD Limited to arrive at the dealership. He is personable and helpful. Made the process very easy. I picked up my vehicle in the evening so the next day Jason Han explain some of the drive controls. Then Kenny texted and called the week following the purchase. When I asked questions about the backup camera Kenny invited me to come in again so he could demonstrate more of the features. I would highly recommend Toyota of Cool Springs. Additionally the service lounge looked so comfortable that I plan to bring my new RAV4 to Cool Springs for service every 5k miles despite it being 15 minutes farther than the Toyota dealership closest to my home.
